Within the PBC, top guys are fighting each other.PBC craps all over the weekly TopStank and Golden Crap cards. The PBC fights above are far better matchups than watching pee wee Diego De La Hoya and Julian Ramirez and Oscar Valdez and other featherweight prospects all fighting each others leftovers instead of each other.

The way that folks react to matchups, if you look at it, comes down to whether they're in bed with HBO/Top Rank, or any other party tied to HBO or Top Rank. Vasquez-Martinez(rugged vet taking on a solid prospect in a step-up fight), Breazeale-Mansour(ditto), and Garcia-Guerrero(top-10 rising welterweight vs rugged top 20 welterweight) are all good fights that make for a strong fight card, yet there are folks that will trash the whole thing while, at the same time, refusing to even critique Pacquiao-Bradley (Pacquiao loses 3 of his last six fights, yet all is forgiven).
