A World Title - Which boxers actually want to be THE BEST?

So many times we hear of boxers aiming for 'A' world title. Not 'THE' world title. There are so many fighters sitting on some belt fighting 'sort of' top ten fighters, tune ups and trying to get a big name when they appear vulnerable for the big pay day. Which fighters seem to be fighting for 'THE' title? Who seems to just want to take on the best? Who actually seems hungry?

Kovalev J Rock Williams Canelo (Yes I if it was up to Canelo he would fight GGG right now but it is likely Oscar the one being protective of him) Sullivan Barrera GGG (has his Division terrified) Nicolas Walters (ready to step in with the best at 130 after just 1 fight at 130) Luis Ortiz Erislandy Lara James DeGale Rigondeaux (122 pretend like he doesn't exist and all seem to be rushing to move up all of a sudden now that Rigo is back) Shawn Porter Rances Barthelemy (wiling to take on the best at 135 and 140) Also add Fury to this list, he been trying to fight the best for years but guys for some reason kept getting injured and kept pulling out of fights with him.

GGG, Gonzales, Estrada, Kovalev, Crawford, Postol, Fury, Ortiz, Povetkin, Inoue, Lomachenko, Donaire, Vargas, Walters, Porter(haymon), Lebedev, Glowacki, Drozd All these guys want to be the best in there division, and see what I did there?

For heavyweights, it's Tyson Fury. He called out the champion for years, worked his way up to mandatory and had to fight 3 title eliminators to get to that position. He went to the lions backyard and took the belts off the champion. Compare that to Wilder who earned a paper title and is content to milk it against poor non top 10 opposition and is yet to leave his backyard.
