I am not attempting to rattle anyones cages, or publish a click bait contribution.
I have an objective, academic, totally serious question for this community.
Is David Haye using some type of Performance enhancing drugs?
He looked like he gained 20 pounds of sheer muscle, and he is coming off of a serious injury/layoff. Given the fact that he will need to fight larger men to succeed, coupled with the long layoff, I was actually pretty suspicious about his muscle mass last night.
I have the same questions about Anthony Joshua, but he younger, it could be natural, Haye however has more of an incentive.
He has always been cut, but that was another level, he looked considerably more muscular.
Not fatter, not heavier, he looked physically ripped, and last time I checked, training camps are designed to cut weight.
Granted, he had no weight limit he has to make, but, this was different.
I am an American, and I don't know much about PED regulation in the UK, but if I was in charge, I would given that man a drug test.
Not just urine, I would want blood as well.
Not because i am convinced he is guilty, only, because the dramatic transformation is strange.
It reminds me of what Holyfield did when he moved up from cruiserweight, and there are infinite questions about Evander Holyfield as far as steroids is concerned.
Loads of fighters are at it and likely ones you'd least expect, these days PED's are so advanced they don't even come up in most tests. If you don't think PED's play a part in almost every sport then you'd have to be pretty naive. It's easy to call out the bulky fighters but PED's are not just used to gain muscle mass.
I have to disagree, Haye's appearance, coupled with the injury, raised eyebrows.
Re-read his post. He said he doubts anyone was not suspicious. Not he doubts anyone was suspicious.
He is right. Right off the bat, Haye's physique was an eye opener for anyone who's seen him before.
Yea, but if you criticize British heroes around here certain posters freak out and say you have an agenda.
Haye looks to have had some "help". A lot of guys do it these days and all you can do is give a bit of social pressure demanding testing.
I think Haye has been suspect on that front for quite some time actually, not just for this fight.

2 years is a long time with no regulation.
Exactly.
Despite what BBBofC try to have people believe, drug testing in pro boxing in the Uk is a farce.
Haye will not have been tested at all during his "retirement", and highly unlikely he had any "random" testing done since announcing his "comeback".
+2years "retirement" with no drug testing at all . . . . . anyone spell T . E . S . T . O . S .T E . R . O . N . E . . . . ????
