David Haye, and PEDS

I am not attempting to rattle anyones cages, or publish a click bait contribution. I have an objective, academic, totally serious question for this community. Is David Haye using some type of Performance enhancing drugs? He looked like he gained 20 pounds of sheer muscle, and he is coming off of a serious injury/layoff. Given the fact that he will need to fight larger men to succeed, coupled with the long layoff, I was actually pretty suspicious about his muscle mass last night. I have the same questions about Anthony Joshua, but he younger, it could be natural, Haye however has more of an incentive. He has always been cut, but that was another level, he looked considerably more muscular. Not fatter, not heavier, he looked physically ripped, and last time I checked, training camps are designed to cut weight. Granted, he had no weight limit he has to make, but, this was different. I am an American, and I don't know much about PED regulation in the UK, but if I was in charge, I would given that man a drug test. Not just urine, I would want blood as well. Not because i am convinced he is guilty, only, because the dramatic transformation is strange. It reminds me of what Holyfield did when he moved up from cruiserweight, and there are infinite questions about Evander Holyfield as far as steroids is concerned.
