He's definitely surpassing both Mayweather and Pacquiao as the fighter you can't go in any thread and have an actual conversation about. It 100% will devolve into 50 pages of jackasses saying stupid sh*t to either suck his balls or hate on him.

GGG is no young buck, he should have hit the ground running... At this pace, he's still crawling. Thankfully his style isnt dependent on reflexes and speed, and since power is the last thing to go... He should still have a few years left to become a decent draw. He didn't have much say there, he wasn't born a red headed Mexican, never repped PR in the Olympics. At the time the only game in town for a guy like him was Germany, and they had more marketable champs to protect, as Germany is concerned.

Larry makes Golovkin threads now :lol1: GGG has got hardcore boxing on lock, but he has yet to fully connect with a wider audience like a Pacquiao or Mayweather. At 34 his window of opportunity is closing but he's good for at least 2 years I think. Hard to see the current crop of MWs beating him. I'm interested to see how much longevity GGG's career is gunna have. Fortunately for him his skills rely on basic fundamentals and power. He's not someone who relies on speed or athleticism which tend to fade quicker.
