I think Canelo would have to box like his life depended on it (which it kind of does) in order to beat the Kazak killer. Listen, GGG for the most part comes in straight and wide. He does have a decent jab that he'll be sure to put to use against Canelo. Remember though, Canelo made Cotto miss A LOT. Shined on him too. If the golden child can capitalize on GGG's recklessness, his insistence on blocking with his face and counter effectively/get out of harms way, he has a decent shot at winning on the cards. Could he pull it off for 12 rounds? Idk. Because he would have to. Not sure if he can hurt GGG, although I'm not ruling it out. Canelo is getting more and more accurate. A flush uppercut on GGG when he's coming could turn this fight around. Wonders if OP actually thought Cotto could beat Canelo doe :D

Canelo's chance is very slim.

He has the tools to win but doesn't have the stamina to keep it up for 12rounds. I c it very competitive early but a tko stoppage midway through.

I kind of agree with both of you. I also will be rooting for Canelo, but honestly , I don't see Canelo beating GGG. If a welterwgt like Cotto was able to land that jab on various occasions without any trouble, imagine GGG who is a legitimate Middlewgt with good power. GGG will use the jab & beat him precisely like he beat Lemonade...oh my bad, i meant to type Lemuix. I know Canelo will put up a better fight than Lemuix. I do have a strategy I know Canelo could utilize to beat GGG....but i'm not getting paid to help Canelo & my free-be days are over :-)

Do you guys really think Canelo have a chance at beating Golovkin? Yes. Regardless of how high or low the chance might be, there is always a chance for one fighter to beat another, especially at this level. Golovkin has a chance to beat Canelo, and Canelo has a chance to beat Golovkin.

Do you guys really think Canelo have a chance at beating Golovkin???? no chance in hell, the same 25 yr old that couldn't hurt an undersized Cotto, GGG is bigger with more power, i dont like GGG and i like Canelo but ill bet on GGG by KO. Canelo will be lit up by the jab and a few crushing left hooks which cause Canelos corner to stop the fight to save the cash cow to fight another day. They can work towards a rematch then and beat GGG in the 2nd and 3rd fights when he is old.
