That KO is reminiscent of the one he suffered at the hands of Lebedev, and probably much worse. It makes me sad to see legends like Roy get taken out by a guy he would've sparked in his prime. I admire his will to continue fighting but it's becoming borderline selfish at this point. There's a public outcry for his retirement and he's refusing to acknowledge it.
On another note, Maccarinelli showed up - he's still a game fighter on the fringe level. He was doing alright against Jurghen Braehmer last year, but his eye closed up. This fight was initially meant to be for a title according to Enzo's promoter, which is why Jones took it.
he's 45 and still has less KO losses than enzo :lol1:
i guess that cliche about power being the last thing to go is wrong...roy couldn't even stop a guy with a chin made from paper mache...
:sad2:
this is enzo's big chance to retire with a bit more money in the bank without turning into a wheelchair bound vegetable.
he wont and his next fight will be another brutal KO loss...
Crap. I missed it. Any pics yet?

I'm absolutely sick and tired of seeing one of the best fighters to ever step in the ring get knocked out by guys who aren't fit to lace his boots.
Enzo Macrinelli of all people.
