Anytime he fought someone his own size he was made to look like a clueless amateur. (Sanders, Fury). He's made a living beating smaller guys and he was exposed for what he is. Well at least we don't have to watch clinchfests in heavyweight title fights anymore. Hopefully Fury doesn't duck Wilder.
Very long reign! Beat up lots of guys. Sure Cory Corned him, but who would you rather be???
Too old, too many fights! Enjoying too many hot women!
I am sure Fury became handsome to all the gold diggers!!!
You know, it's not so much the loss that's affecting my perception of him.
It's the fact he padded the ring with foam and wrapped his hands without anyone watching.
That's some seriously shady business, I'm convinced Klitschko's team tried to cheat, and have cheated in the past.
I wouldn't like to think so, but I think you are correct. I am glad someone knocked him off his perch, he had too much influence over too many things in negotiations, things which could potentially effect the outcome of the fight.

The bigger you get the slower you are. Wlad usually looks great against big, immobile targets that areant nearly as coordinated as him. But the thing is Tyson Fury is a freak of nature. This man is 6'9 250 lbs and move exceptionally well. I don't think there's anyone else in the pro game like him at the moment. In the amateurs there's a guy called Ivan Dychko who looks quite similar in style and attributes and is equally big.
First Klit should be given credit for his long reign but he was always over rated and fought in a garbage era and has no great scalps on his resume
Just glad Fury was the one to end it.
I am damn sure the debate of Wlad as one of the most dominating HWs of all time is gone out the window. The debate of his accomplishments is also watery now. He can dominate and KO Fury in the rematch and this loss will haunt his legacy forever!
He was focused, he was fit and he just couldn't answer it! It's simply been written in history that Wlad will have trouble with any fighter that's his size and when he couldnt toss him around. Then he's going to have a horrible night. It showed in the Fury fight.
His legacy took a toll and a debate of him among the great HWs in the history is gone!
Yep there's no denying it at this point. He locked in his status as one of the ATG heavyweights with such a long reign against such a diverse array of opponents.
Lets wish Fury the same. Wlad is a high-mileage fighter whos killer instinct has dwindled into rare appearances the past few years and I don't even think he should ask for the rematch.
How many more floyd queers who "refuse to watch heavyweight since holmes lost the belt" will share their expert opinions on wlad today?
Corrie Sanders wasn't even that big. He just fought like a bat out of hell. You want same size/bigger than Wlad you're looking at Mariusz Wach and Tony Thompson. Brilliant theory.
Only reason you're excited is because you think Wilder has a better chance against Fury than he did against Wlad. That uncoordinated clown isn't going to survive a division with Fury, Joshua, Parker in it when Eric "TBA" Molina almost ended him.

Lol sanders and Brewster were way smaller then Wlad.

Hmmmm, Mariusz Wach? /thread.
