i watched UFC last night: my boxing thoughts

What i liked was how the ref didnt interfere and wave off the lesser fighter there was no politics involved. The fans even clapped for the losers when they were getting interviewed i was quite suprised actually

joanna had pretty damn impressive boxing though. james toney IMO would have lost prime or not. he did not train for take down defense and defense against kicks. holly holm was an mma fighter with superior boxing skills.

This is how a prime toney vs courture would have looked. They got fat old lazy broke james .. Pathetic. Dana white thought he had this Easy calculated match. Dana is on suicide watch

I really liked the main event but I was annoyed watching all the previous fights. Don't think I'm watching another ufc card any time soon. Just the rematch and that's it.

damn their punches (most of them) are so sloppy, when i tuned in to boxing i was like ****, this stuff is crisp and so beautiful to watch. My 12 year old brother was able to point out flaws in there boxing (I'm raising him to watch boxing). It's like most of them don't even know what a jab is,and god help them if they throw a right hand without leaving themselves completely open.
