Who Was In Worse Condition: Alvarado In 3rd Rios Fight, Or Rios Against Bradley?

Brandon Rios appeared to have his best performance against Mike Alvarado in their 3rd fight but it was later discovered that Alvarado hadn't trained adequately for the bout and was in extremely poor condition. Against Bradley, ironically Rios had probably his career worst performance due to almost identical reasons. He'd even considered calling the bout off and retiring from boxing altogether about 5 weeks before the fight date due to the extreme difficulty he encountered when attempting to regain fitness after almost a year of inactivity, refraining from even the most basic exercises. Were Alvarado and Rios in comparable condition in those separate two fights or was one noticeably in worse condition than the other?
