Brandon didn't quit, he was outclassed and getting beat down, it happens. The thing I didn't like, was him complaining about time off. He could have fought some bum to stay busy (Chavez did all the time). Good thing he didn't fight Provodnikov, he would have got beat down.

Good for Rios for being able to acknowledge his time has come. He's cleary damaged, cleary has trouble maintaining shape and motivation, and just clearly doesn't have it anymore. He had a decent career, had some good paydays. Retirement makes a lot of sense for him right now.
