A lot of people are saying Bradley has slipped. Their reasons? He got stung by Vargas and had a draw with Chaves, forgetting that he clearly won both of those fights.
But when has Bradley ever looked great in a winning effort? He was floored twice by Kendall Holt in his prime, he won ugly against Devon Alexander and his best performance, against Marquez was a clear but close win. At welterweight, all of his fights have been close, back and forth fights.
Bradley has bad habits and has a tendency to get lured into brawls and hang in the pocket longer than he needs too. I wouldn't call that slippage. More like Bradley just being Bradley.
Seemed to be better suited at 140.
But he's just simply not that good to begin with.
He's never really looked impressive to me, most of his wins were either close or underwhelming.
Bumleys a Punching Bag, over hyped since his gift decision over pacquaio and before that he won by head butts biggest fraud
People like to call Rios a punching bag but check out these
facts against their common opponents.
Bradley and Rios both fought Chaves, only one came out looking like a pumpkin.

Bradley and Rios both Fought Pacquaio, Only one came out in a wheel chair.

Compared to Brandon Rios, BUMLEY is a Punching Bag.
WAR RIOS
Your just down right funny... Rios if anything has been over hyped for his whole damn career! Bradley on the other hand has done nothing but prove his worth; while continuously moving forward. Bradley lost against who? Pac... But Rios has been exposed multiple times against Abril, Pac, and Alvarado. Two of those three are not even equal to the skill and experience Bradley brings to the table.
I have yet to see anything to say Bradley has declined. Bradley's biggest issue/enemy in the ring was and is "Himself".
I can't understand the distaste for Bradley, he bring 100% all the time, always is entertaining and has shown his willingness to do whatever it takes to win. Bradley is what is good about boxing, yes he may not be a power puncher but neither were many past greats.
Personally I see Bradley winning quite easily, and although I dislike the trash talk about trainers; I do believe Atlas will bring a new Bradley to the table... Not in the aspect of Power, but technique, style, and most of all right mentality/knowledge. Although I don't like Atlas as a commentator at times, you can not argue the Atlas knows boxing and is one hell of a boxing historian.
Apart from his chin resistance decreasing and I don't think it's been damaged that much. He still can take punches very well, people bang on about that Vargas fight. But let's be real people if you get caught with a clean punch like that you are gonna get your computer scrambled. But Bradley recovered perfectly fine and the notion of him being ko'd that fight is laughable.
Anyway nothing of his has decreased he is a fu.king excellent fighter... One of the few true warriors in the sport along with donaire.
The dude doesn't have to bang with his foes but he does it cause he loves to fight and he can get the best of you no matter the pace of the fight.
See Marquez Bradley he boxed his c,nt head off and when Marquez wanted to bang. Bradley obliged and hurt him a fair few times..... Bradley is a legend.

hahahaha! good one. lol. but we all know who did better those nights.
He has declined. His punch resistance has gone down, and his need to trade instead of just box has made him go through many wars when he shouldn't have.
Definitely think his chin is cracked..
He went thru peterson, abregu, alexander, manny without ever really being stunned but I think Ruslan dented his chin, and now bradley is more susceptible to punches
I have seen all of Bradley's fights since he won the 140 lb. World title in England. I think he is not as good as he was at his peak. He might have peaked about the time he first fought Pacquiao. He may not be as hungry and motivated as he once was. He has had some very big paydays and he is not a big spender. He is probably set for life with millions in savings and investments. He is past 30 now and some boxers are past prime at his age.
