SHANE MOSLEY has slammed the newly crowned WBO light-middleweight champion Liam Smith and has claimed the Brit was never interested in fighting him.
The former three-weight world champion had agreed a deal in principle to fight the Liverpudlian on the main card of Andy Lee’s WBO middleweight title defence against Billy Joe Saunders in Manchester on December 19.

Still just don't understand WTF Shane is doing.
He's one of the very few guys who got a Floyd and a Manny payday and somehow he's still sticking around.
Wish he would just know who he is and be comfortable with reality and stay retired. He still gets respect, but not on the freak show circuit. He is not B-Hop, it will end badly.
Am baffled as well, not just the Mayweather/Pacman payday but the Oscar payday, two fights with Forrest, winky, mundine in Australia, margarito just to name a few more names.... Maidana had two Mayweather fight and he basically retired.
Just like you randomly bang on about Triple G in threads to do with Amir Khan.
and yes this does have something to do with Brook....seeing as Smith is going through similar issues...
I'm a heterosexual, so i'm more of a Costa del Sol type of guy.
Ar$e bandits like urself go to places like Tenerife.
It has nothing to do with Brook. You're just obsessed.
If fighters don't want to sign rematch clauses then they should work their way into mandatory positions. You know, the way Lamont Peterson did against Amir Khan. I notice you always duck that story lol wonder why.
Well yes I can because they do.
What does this thread have to do with Brook? You're absolutely obsessed by the man these days.
I honestly think you tried to bum him in Tenerife - it's the kind of place thick chavs like you go

You can keep banging on about "all" boxers have them...
But Brook is struggling to secure big names to come over here and fight him.
Maybe its time he got rid of the clause, to entice some names to get in the ring with him?
But i guess you are happy with Brook fighting the likes of Gavin, Dan and Chaves for the rest of his career, all because he's scared to fight without a rematch clause..

You mean the rematch clauses that all title holders have against voluntaries that I had to teach you about?

The "immediate" rematch clause is why a lot of foreign boxers refuse to fight our title holding fighters
Its going to be difficult to secure big names

Turning this on me and resorting to name calling just because Liam Smith is ducking Sugar Shane Mosley. :lol1:
You are corny as fuk though. Your act is so played out.
When someone agrees to take less money and agrees to increasingly more demanding rematch clauses he obviously wants the fight.
Its the other guy's desire that comes into question.
Again, that's Mosley's story which you've immediately and predictably took as gospel without hearing the other side.
There could be other considerations - as I said, they may want this fight to top a bill in Liverpool where it will sell better instead of being on an under card in Manchester.
But naw brah, he shook! I bet you learnt that term about two years ago. What a cornball twat lol

Would you take his word or that of Frank Warren?
I'd want to listen to both sides of the story. I don't even like Liam Smith or care about seeing this fight.
Reading your predictable drivel about someone being "shook" is all I'm really responding to.
Mosley says he agreed to two rematch clauses, one for after 2 months and one for after 10 weeks. He says he also agreed for the rematch to be against any opponent of their choosing.
What more do they want, his firstborn?
Team Liam Smith is obviously shook over a shot 44 year old.
That's Mosley's story.
I have a feeling that they want to put this fight on its own show.
Rematch clauses are standard and sometimes promoters ask for options.

Mosley has a point, but Liam just got his title. How is he holding it hostage? I'm sure that's what they have in mind, in the end. Deontay wants to fight in Alabama forever, Crawford took his title to Omaha and don't forget homeboy Kell. The problem with Mosley is he never left home until he turned into gate keeper, but he has a point.
