I noticed Floyd fights and Golden Boy show their mega cards in theaters but Top Rank never does. I think this is a great option for fans to see the event.

A few notes from around the boxing world:
• The promotion for Miguel Cotto’s middleweight championship defense against Canelo Alvarez on Nov. 21 (HBO PPV) at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas is heating up. Golden Boy and Roc Nation Sports announced that Monday that the fight will be available in movie theaters around the country, thanks to a deal with Fathom Events. Theater goers will see the same presentation as those watching on pay-per-view. Advance tickets can be purchased online at www.FathomEvents.com or at participating theater box offices. For a list of theater locations go the Fathom Events event page here. Also, HBO announced a two-part “24/7” series following the build up to the bout. “24/7 Cotto/Canelo” will debut on HBO on Nov. 7 at approximately 11:45 p.m. ET/PT (immediately following the live Timothy Bradley Jr.-Brandon Rios fight). The second episode debuts Nov. 19 at 11 p.m. ET/PT. Cotto will be appearing in his fifth “24/7” series. It will be Alvarez’s first series.
It's not even worth it. Unless you go all alone I guess. If you go with one or 2 friends that's like $60 right there. Why not just order it at home and avoid all the dickheads at the theater
