Usyk to fight Huck for the interim WBO belt.

Seen an interview with Ryabinsky. He said they were talking to Glowacki's people but Glowacki is out of action with an injury. Said talks are supposed to resume when Glowacki is healthy. Could just be promoter talk. I expected Glowacki vs Shumenov in Cut and Shoot, Texas because they are both Haymon fighters ... I didn't know that Glowacki was signed with Haymon... Therefore he doesn't fight Kudryashov at all... :)

I've seen Usyk and I'm was not impressed. I don't think that he can handle Huck at this point. I would like to have another world-class fighter from Ukraine, because I'm from Ukraine myself. But he is just not that, IMO.

It's not so much that it's on PBC, it just belongs in Europe on their prime time rather than some small hall in the US on Spike. You don't think this fight will sell well in Jackson Hole, Wyoming? lol

Usyk is a real star. Plenty of charisma and a real symbol of a nation. Great fight.

I'm not sure which outcome would be the "upset". Huck is obviously the higher profile fighter and ex champion but it feels like if he won it would actually be seen as an upset due to Usyk being the cruiserweight Lomachenko. Thats how I look at it

Very exciting if it actually happens. Usyk is very nationalistic and enthusiastic about Ukraine. I think it his fine to build him and Europe for now and bring him to the US when he is already a star.
