"GGG" is a rather lame moniker for Golovkin who deserves a much better nickname. Therefore I ask you to suggest three or four new nicknames for Golovkin that better reflect how his fans see him, for example:
Gennady "Grim" Golovkin
Gennady "Good Boy" Golovkin
Gennady "Great" Golovkin
Gennady "Good-Night" Golovkin
.
I actually don't agree that GGG is a lame nickname; I think it's far better than a generic tough-guy thing like "goliath" or whatever. Those three letters together are more iconic, I think. They look great on the trunks and it's something totally unique and easy to remember.
Those all-white trunks he wore (I think against Geale?) were great. If I was the promoter I'd make that an every time thing.
Well, if I was his promoter he would fight in Mexican colored trunks with a black painted Mexican mustache on his upper lip, and always enter the ring with a sombrero. That would be a "great look" for many boxing fans who enjoy Mexican style of boxing. I would also teach him some words in Spanish so he can thank the audience in both English and Spanish.
I agree that "goliath" is not a better nickname. However, "GGG" is not really a real nickname, it's only an abbreviation of his birth-given name. He needs a real moniker.

I remember that he was sometimes called the "God of War." i like that one.
Yes, Riath Al-Samarrai named him that in The Daily Mail earlier this year.
.
Kazakh Thunder is his other moniker and it is ****ing badass.
...yes, thunder is good, like:
Arturo "Thunder" Gatti
What about...
Gennady "Baby-Faced Beast" Golovkin
.
