KELLIE Maloney says she wants to help stricken boxing legend Frank Bruno triumph in his battle with depression.
The former world heavyweight champion, 53, was re-admitted to hospital last week after a setback in his fight with bipolar disorder.
Now, transgender boxing promoter Kellie, 61, who has also suffered with depression, is ready to come to Bruno’s aid.

I hope Frank gets well soon.
I can't really see what benefit a geriatric transsexual with a split personality can offer, but whatever...
Haha. But they do know each other.
One of the means to beat depression is to stay busy and be involved. That is where the British Board of Control or in fact any State Commission in the States could help out retired boxers. If they want to stay in boxing find them a role even at community level, if not help them with training in another field.
Very sad when this happens to anybody and especially a genuine nice guy like Frank. It's true that proper understanding and support is not there as it should be for people suffering from mental health issues, as was demonstrated when Frank first had treatment and those c**ts at the Sun printed a front page headline, "Bonkers Bruno Locked Up." Best wishes and respect, champ. You deserve some peace in your life.
