pac wasn't allowed to cheat but floyd was. we found out that was the whole point of the program because without the testing both guys could cheat and floyd didn't want to risk it but with the program only floyd could cheat through illegal exemptions. The most interesting thing with Manny & Floyd & PEDs is they look like they will be the two most hyped guys as "drug cheats" yet haven't been caught with any PEDs in their system. Its sorta comical that more guys will say Manny or Floyd are cheaters yet guys who have actually been caught rarely get talked about as drug cheats. Lamont Peterson, Andre Berto, Vitali Klitschko, Antonion Tarver, James Toney all have been caught using PEDs yet it seems like everyone has forgotten or as I suspect no one really cares about PEDs except the Manny haters who actively call out Manny & the Floyd haters who actively call out Floyd. That's an obvious one. One has facts pointing to fraud. Low TE ratios, 750ml IV too mask peds before a fight and so on.. While the other one, up to this day is still hear say and no leads and has passed vada testing too.. So obviously it's the guy who loves to point fingers at others is the culprit here ;)
