And than admitted that floyd applied for a TUE through usada 19 days after the fight. So his TUE injections were applied for 19 days later. NSAC stated usada has no authority to grant TUE's . Only NSAC can do such a thing. You cant have a legal iv at your house. Has to be a hospital. Cant have more than 50ml every 6 hours. Yet floyd had an illegal iv at his house of 750 ml within 1 hour.
