Floyd Mayweathers new ride

They're paddle shift, super cars stop having sticks many, many years ago. Tis true. The fastest cars are all some type of dual clutch automatic/paddle shift deal these days. The C7 Z06 and Hellcat twins are both faster with the A8 then the manual versions for example.

I would disagree with the Huracan. The Huracan doesn't like that good to me, maybe just the pictures I have seen. The Aventador looks way more wicked to me, but the R8 is just gorgeous. Even the Base R8 is better designed(interms of aesthetics ) then Floyds 4.8mil on wheels. Thats all I see when I see Floyd's new car is 4.8mil on wheels. Cars like the R8 I think first wow what beauty before I think on how much it costs. I hear you, man. That CCRX isn't even the fastest or most powerful Koenigsegg model out. The Agera versions trump them. They got a model named the Regera in the works that will be faster still. That version that Floyd bought is more about the exclusivity then anything.

Just a daydream here, but if I had the type of scratch Floyd had, I'd buy me a Huracan or R8 GT, and send it to Underground Racing for an X package. It's sad to see Floyd pissing his money away like that. If he was a car enthusiast like Leno then I would say ok Makes sense but he just buys sh it to brag about how much It costs. Lame But he is at the level where he earned his right to do as he Pleases so fawk it whatever Yes, Leno is a great example. Dude has a like a base Zo6 and loves driving it. You know when someone with a bank account like Leno driving a car like a zo6, you know its not because of money. If Floyd would of got something like a Ford GT and drove it up to his gym, I would be impressed.

Only 3 of those cars were made. That's a car that will only go up in price. Who knows. Thing has a ford engine and is ugly as fock and does't have any real pedigree as far as I know. Its almost a mut super cars with modified unoriginal parts slapped together. Unless its built by some big name engineer or something. Then again I could be just talking out of my a@@. I first heard of this car on top gear the first time it came out and it mentioned it had a ford engine and the ride was ruthless. Ruthless in a good way.

Actually this more depressing then impressive. Seeing someone spend cash like that on stuff simply because its expensive. Its like picking the ugly gray Koenigsegg with a Ford engine over white Ferrari masterpiece because its more expensive. Nothing wrong with Ford's 4v Modular. Some are among the strongest mass produced engines ever made. Especially the bottom ends.

The really sad thing is his money has made him so desensitize that now driving a beautifully design car is no longer enough. Now it needs to just be more ridiculously expensive and shocking in value. Money has robbed him the simple joy of just driving a work of art. I bet the kid down the street who just bought his first used car is enjoying his ride more then Floyd is.

See above post .......... As a FYI: These sports cars weren't designed for city streets and will respond differently than how it would on an even track (Where its always tested.) As stated, if it hits a city street pot hole\bump, it will go airborne at speed. Sure.
