So my 14 year old brothers birthday was 6 weeks ago and I ordered him a Mayweather promotions hat and tee two weeks before his brithday so it had time to get here for it. So it gets to his birthday and It's not here and I email them explaining the situation and they ignore me. I email again a few weeks later and they reply saying we'll look into it, and I never got another reply from that. So a few days ago I emailed them telling them that I am starting to look like and idiot for having to tell my young brother every time I see him that I don't have his gift. And this was thier reply after two months of waiting and not even willing to compensate me. Hi We do not have the Black MP hat in stock would you like a refund for this item or a different colour So they hadn't even sent my order out. Wtf is all that about? Sort your staff out Floyd. Damn, Floyd needs to make sure this gets addressed. Keep pressing them until they make it right. I'm sure your brother is upset he didn't get to rock that hat at the cookouts this summer. I bet he understands that an item like that sells out quickly. the TMT guys need to understand demand is high and make sure they have enough product for fans. Very, very unprofessional.
