imo
1.)GGG fanboys(hasn't faced a top level fighter but his fans act like he's the second coming of jesus + is ducking Andre ward)
2.)Canelo fanboys(Mexican casual boxing fans that love red heads)
3.)Mayfeather fanboys (are mostly pro black and believe everything mayfeather says)
pac man fanatics are the very worst fan base in boxing history, the reason most people hate alot of mayweather fans (some do go overboard) is for reasons not releated to boxing, ie they defend a woman beater, they dont denounce him saying hes TBE, they are ghetto, thugs, only like him because hes black etc... they simply cant see how anyone can be a fan of such filth. im a mayweather fan based on his boxing skill and in ring accomplishments but i admit he can be full of sht at times but who isnt?
pac man fanatics have infested the internet and ruined the whole vibration of trying to talk boxing on forums. whereever there is an article about mayweather there they are spewing negativity no matter the topic. they also make countless threads about floyd daily to ensure in their minds they are right. Do floyds fans do this daily? yes there are cases but its much higher amongst the pac fanatics.
As a mayweather fan first I respect pac mans skill and know hes an ATG. most pac fans discredit anything floyd does and its as if he hasnt accomplished anything in the sport. and if you dont take this stance you are a nuthugger and all these other names when all you did was come to talk boxing. pac mans fanatics (not fans) are flat out disrespectful and the worst fan base ever IMO
Complete bull****. Wilder is also out there knocking bums out. Why isn't he being touted as the new SRR? You've also got a bona fide ATG in Floyd with the best resume around, and he still gets ripped to shreds. Explain that.
Floyd's resume gets criticized because people don't like him as a person and/or they find his style boring, so they dog him any way they can. I'm not one of those people. I respect his resume and his skillset. That's probably because I used to be an am. kickboxer. Anyone who has ever stepped in the ring can appreciate watching Floyd.
As for the Wilder comparison... no. Just no.
How many top 10 heavyweights has he knocked out? See this is what I'm talking about. Bums? Really? I know it's said with some hyperbole, but in his last 10 fights he's fought 6 top ten contenders (three of them were top 5), one being a former unified champ, and an upcoming unification with a top 5 contender and IBF champ. And he didn't scrape by, no close decisions. He fúckin destroyed these guys. Fúck off with that bum shít. It's getting old.
The one decent fighter Deontay faced took him the distance and he looked wild and amateurish in that fight. It doesn't take a boxing expert to see the skill gap between Golovkin and Wilder. Not a valid comparison at all.
This is an amazingly sad post.
People criticizing GGG's resume and his failure to live up to his words regarding fighting anyone from 154-168 has nothing to do with him not being black.
The reality is posters like you who for years have criticized resumes and hypocrisy of certain boxers now fail to do so with GGG and some others. When called on this you deflect and bring this up.
Most of the people criticizing GGG are not black, and even if they were, there is no way you could possibly tell unless they came out and stated they were.
Don't get mad at people because they point out GGG didn't do something he said he would or when they raise legitimate questions about the lack of quality opposition.
Just posting what I observe. I hate that you're so upset about it.
And fwiw, I haven't criticized any fighter's resume. I'm guessing you're trying to lump me in with the May-Hater crowd, which is way off-base. I'm a big fan of his and I respect Floyd's accomplishments and the number of champions he has made to look like club fighters. But Floyd has had a lot of advantages that Gennady didn't have. If you can't admit this, you're simply in denial. Another hard fact in this situation is that Gennady got to be a bigger name faster than Floyd did, starting from the time each man fought on American TV. I think this is where a lot of the hate is rooted. Exciting fighters get hyped faster than boring fighters, regardless of resumes or accomplishments. Add in the fact that Gennady seems like an cool, humble, respectful guy, and his quick rise to fame makes a ton of sense.
I'm not mad at anybody. I just get a bit frustrated seeing all this hate lobbied at a fighter just because he's gotten a lot of hype. He earned it. He's exciting. The fact that tickets at MSG are dissapearing so fast is a testament to this. People want to watch fights, not sparring sessions.
i don't see what's the problem with golovkin's fanbase. at least they (we?) are literate and not racist and actually talk about boxers other than golovkin. kovalev's fanbase may be smaller but i've seen way worse posts from those guys, referring to black people as monkeys and labelling boxers cowards and writing in txt spk and ****
Cotto fans are really annoying. To the point im rooting for Canelo (gross) and im part Puerto Rican
Haymon ball lickers are bad.
FlowHoles have actually toned down but I'll put them in anyway :lol1:
I agree with this.
Although I'll add to it that a lot of the Mayweather fan boys seem to be Haymon groupies. Meaning they'll vehemently defend just about any of Haymon's fighters or anything or anyone associated with him.
The Don King syndrome.
lol you and brush are 2 racists. You dont mention cotto fans u generalize all puerto ricans. Its all good im not gonna say any black jokes, its too easy. Broner alone has like 5 childs to support, so we will see him in court in the near future, ill make fun of yall then.
BTW Cotto kills Broner any weight.
Why are you bringing me into the issue. I like Danny Garcia, Keith Tapia, and Jose Pedraza. And Wilfred Benitez is the greatest Rican fighter ever.
Garcia beat Peterson.
Is your logic that if you hate Cotto, Doubt Verdejo, and think the Arroyo's are scrubs, that a poster is a hater and a racist towards Ricans.
Mayweather's are the only ones that tend to be annoying. They are also the least comprehensible.
I disagree about GGG fanboys. I don't consider myself a fanboy of anyone, but I often take up for GGG on here because he gets so much unnatural hate from the insecure fanboys of guys like Floyd, Cotto, and Froch.
It's not really racism toward Gennady because he's Russian/Korean. It's simply a dislike of him because he's not black. If he had the same amateur run, same pro resume, same style, but his name was Antwon Smith and he was from Atlanta, you can bet these same haters would tout him as the new Ray Robinson. And yes, that still counts as racism.
And I know I can't speak for all of his fans, but I know just about everything about the guy, not just the fact that his dad was Russian and his mom is Korean. And the more I learn about him and the more I watch his interviews, the more I like him.
He once said in an HBO interview (before the Geale fight, I think):
"I am not Superman, I am just a boxer." Like he knows his hype is outrageous. Who tf else in boxing says stuff like that? He doesn't need to be humble, he could walk around acting like the badass he is, but he's not that kind of guy.
--------------------
And GGG Fans and Pro Eastern European fans don't do the same thing towards American Fighters? It is all Ignorance! You can't pick and choose which Ignorance is acceptable or not depending on who it is against. I'm seeing guys who been posting Racial Stuff on this forum for years now trying to use the "RACE CARD" when it comes to GGG and that is just HILARIOUS to me. We're all Racially and Culturally bias in some way I'm sure but some people take it to another level. Questioning GGG Resume is not "RACIST" it is something that is done for all fighters on this forum to be honest when they start to get a lot of Hype from the media. People are doing the same thing to Wilder are they not, questioning his Chin, saying he hasn't beat anybody. It comes with the Territory, it shouldn't change for GGG, he has to prove himself just like everybody else!
People are still trying to get Mayweather to prove more and he is almost 40 so once people start anointing you they're always going to want to see MORE and that will apply to GGG as well. It Doesn't END with defeating Lemeiux either, that is just the Beginning.
In EVERY SPORT if one fanbase disrespects another fanbase team, what do you expect will happen towards you. A lot of you have no fuking respect but yet you want who you like to receive all the respect while you disrespect everybody else. Doesn't Work Like That!

A lot of fans are bad, but the worse are the undercover racist who dislike fighters!
Floyd, Pac, Cotto, GGG, Ward, & Canelo haters are much worse than fanboys!
Just look at the post, people hate them for waking up in the morning! And then they try to justify the hate by blaming it on those who defend them against their hate!
I love boxing, so when I throw fight parties fanboys are welcome! Haters just come to talk negative and not watch the fight!
Pacquiao fans
GGG fans
Khan fans
good list. The irony is that i usually root for Pac or GGG, but their fans....jeez
Pac wins every fight if we watch in slow motion or ignore fight ending punches
GGG beats everyone from 154-175 until he became "a-side" and too small for Ward
khan fans. Well, that's like 2 of them so no big deal. They're just funny
GGG fans are just trying to maintain a image but in order to maintain the boogyman image they stick their foot in their mouths and when you call them out for their double standards and flat out ignorance they some how start accusing people of being "Racist Towards GGG? Really? You guys do know GGG is Korean and Russian Right? I have never heard anybody ever talk about not liking him because of his ethnicity I guarantee most of you don't even know he is Korean and Russian
