There have been some questions over Floyds resume but I think its solid at worst. He has some very good fighters on there and in years to come will be appreciated. Here's my take on your points.
Zab-baldomir leftovers
Baldomir-journeyman
Baldomir was lineal WW champ at the time and although better fights out there is legit on that basis alone.
Oscar -part-time fighter very well past it
True however he was coming off the back of a big win v Ricardo Mayorga. Plus he had size advantage over FM. Most importantly, ODL was boxings cash cow - Floyd fighting and beating hime made him the PPV star he is today - legit fight.
Hatton-struggled vs collazo at 147 , bloated at 147
Hatton wasn't a 147lber but he was the top dog at 140 and unbeaten. The fight made sense.
Marquez-old ,too small and cheated on scales
Marquez is a great great fighter but I would agree here.
Mosley-old ,off 16 month layoff
Agree however, there was lots of appetite for this fight after Mosley had violated Antonio Margarito - plus he was still a top 10 WW at the time.
Ortiz- a known quitter
True Ortiz had quit against MM however he was on a good run and was a top young and strong WW. IMO he was actually pushing Floyd, who knows what could've happened if he hadn't lost his head.
Cotto-margarito and pac leftovers, past it
Initially yes but the performance he put up showed that it was a legit fight and there was still appetite for this fight.
Ghost-overated overhyped C-fighter
Agree - although RG was a champ in his own right.
Canelo-green, overhyped overated fighter who beat a bunch of 140 lb ers at 154
Agree. Plus he was drained.
Maidana- solid tough fighter but lost to khan and alexander clearly.
Maidanas performance proved this was a legit fight. After he beat Broner there was massive appeal for this fight.
Pac-shot past it fighter, marquez leftovers
Yes Pac was shot but still a top 5 P4Per. Remember Floyd wasn't prime either.

everyones resume is overrated i guess, name a fighter and we will destroy their resume
Ray Robinson
everyone he fought was someone elses left over
Lost to Carmen Basillio who had 12 losses
Lost to Joey Maxim who had 18 damn losses
drew with Henry Brim who had 9 losses
lost to flat footed Jake Lamotta who had 5 losses

I agree.
Pac and Floyd are both bums with terrible resumes.
yep, everyone is boxing are bums with sh1t resumes
even the great Ali is a bum
Frazier 1-lost
Frazier 2-Had gotten knocked out by George Foreman
Frazier-3-shot never won another fight
George Foreman-was green
Leon spinks-lost to a guy with 8 fights
Chuck Wepner-9 losses and still dropped Al
Keep going;
David Diaz - average fighter paper champion
Marquez 2 - should have lost to shot Barrera a year prior, lost to Chris John year before that
Barrera 2 - old, shot
Solis - Bum.
Morales 3 - Dead at the weight
Larios - Bum and coming off a loss
Morales 2 - coming off lop sided loss to Raheem and weight drained
Velasquez - 10 losses
Morales 1 - Passed it and lost.
3K Battery - 1-1-1 in last 3 fights
Marquez 1 - draw
Barrera 1 - Lost twice to Junior Jones and coming off wars with Morales. Past it and flat footed
lol...............
A lesser fighter would have lost to one of those guys. Overall though, I get your point. He's never fought a great fighter at their pinnacle and that is pretty disappointing.
Why he didn't is the question. ODH, Shane, Manny and cotto all decided to wait to fight Floyd. To hold that against Floyd makes absolutely no sense. It is like holding not fighting Martinez, Cotto and Canelo against GGG, or holding it against lennox that he didn't fight Bowe.
:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
This thread is just back firing on this guy.

I'm unaware of another modern day fighter with the sheer volume of world class boxers on their resume, let alone who came through it all undefeated. There are some that I would like to see on there. Some I wish he'd have fought sooner. But at the end of the day Floyd is a spectacular boxer with an amazing resume. Even well past his prime, there isn't one person his size for him to pass the torch to.

All true. Good points. But back to the topic which none of you have made changes to the original topic. If you feel there should be a change on floyds opponents please share your opinion.

Is Manny done swimming the sea for his patented prayer and salt water therapy?
You can slander any fighters resume... Don't change the fact #48 is number #48
Manny went from " he fight me, he fight me!"
To months later " god, will deliver may weather to my hands! "
5/2 post fight interview....." He do nawting, he run, too much, I aggressor!"
An hour later" my shoulder, it hurt me, thru fight! "
Now in August....." I have no surgery, I'm healed!"
Go make another worthless thread man, the SAD thing is you're shyting on Manny cause Floyd has the better resume n won head to head
