He is 27 now, so the next 5 years will be his peak years. And Al Haymon has all belts in 57 except WBO. And soon he will have most belts in 59, I expect.
So with high probability mostof top boxers will be unavailable for Lomachenko for next 5 years.
Does it seem only to me that he has ruined his career by signing such a long contract with Top Rank?

Lomachenko doesn't fit with PBC model, he puts legacy over money.
And most of PBC fighters are too scared to take a decent challenge.
I like the way they're pushing Loma, and most of all, how he pushes himself.
That's greatness in the making
Top rank is the best in the business of building stars
Oscar
Morales
Donaire
Cotto
Floyd
Chavez jr
Pavlik
Margarito
Carbajal
Lomachenko has like 5 fights, and top rank has made him a champion and a well known name among boxing fans and even on some peoples p4p lists...
Top rank can provide him with possible big money fights with Rigo, doñaire, mikey, crawford, Verdejo, Walters, gamboa...
Top rank is the best promotional outfit at making stars.,, lomachenko is in good hands
I don't think so. He is getting good fights and fighting fairly often and winning. I assume he is getting well paid although I don't know that for a fact.
A 5 year contract is so long for any champion tbh, I dont know if that's the first contract he signed with Arum since his debut in 2013 or is that a 5 year extension that Lomachenko just recently signed, anyway if Lomachenko manages to build a big enough name he should immediatley go on his own and make all possible fights happen like Cotto, Marquez and Dela Hoya, they fought both Pac and Mayweather despite all the promotional problems.
No already popular fighter should sign an exclusive contract with any promoter who takes 30% cuts, popular fighters promote themselves, never understood why Pacquiao kept and still keeps on signing exclusive extensions with Arum.
Definitely wasn't a good idea to sign for 5 years. They should have signed for about 2 or 3 years.
Top Rank only likes to push fighters with built in fan-bases. Don't expect them to do anything for guys like Lomachenko, Gvozdyk, Mekhontsev. Hopefully, Gvozdyk and Mekhontsev leave TR when they have the chance.
lomachenko will be fine TOP RANK has been in the game forever bob arum knows what he's doing.arum can make walters fight lomachenko that's the biggest fight in the featherweight division.
No he can't, Loma only wanted the fight, if Walters was champion, Walters lost his belt on the scales in his last fight.
If these 2 guys fight, it's gonna be at 130 and Loma's team might even ask for rehydration clause because Walters rehydrates to 145 and up.
Is the wbo the unofficial top rank belt. All top rank fighters only fight for the wbo NO walters is wba champion vargas is also wba champion zou just fought for the ibf belt.pay attention you moron.

How will Haymon control 130? The only two belts that matter there are held by Japanese fighters who'd literally have zero interest
Their rematch is gonna be big
lol dont you know the game son? Thats easy, offer the japanese guys a pay day they cant resist, at a catchweight to drain them, with one of haymonds fighters who will sell the most, likely a mexican for the fan base and bingo, haymond has himself a 130 pound champion.
Rigo's situation is way worse. Speaking of which, those two are supposedly going to fight soon or theyre working on it right?
In the past, with GBP vs Top Rank, they were a lot more willing to work together on the smaller fights and it only became an issue with the big PPV stars. Hopefully Hamond and Top Rank work the same way and Loma can get fights.

What is 57 and 59?????
People always say this but the reality is new contenders emerge every year.
With Top Rank he has a potential to fight Rigo and Walters. The best guys at 122 and 126 respectively. If he decides to move up, there are options there as well.
So while Selby, Gonzalez and Russell have belts it's unclear if they'll remain champions for another 2 or 3 years.
Haymon now has all beltholders in 126 except Lomachenko. So I guess sooner than later he will have also 130 titleholders. And there is only one fight left for Walters under Top Rank contract. I guess he is leaving to Haymon to after the end of contract.
Of course Arum will find a belt for Loma. But Loma willn't have an opportunity to fight other beltholders.
Well fu*k me...........

Hymen is putting together a bunch of scrub fights, 95% tincan fests. Yeah, boxing is on more and that is a good thing but the quality of the fights is really bad. All of these dudes that are signed with Hymen, you actually think all of them are going to be fighting 4 times a year for 1 mill a piece? LOL, hell no....guys sit around waiting until the bigger names meet most of their yearly quotas before getting airtime.
Loma was just on the Pac-May undercard and was the most talk about boxer on the entire card. Plus, he is regarded as the best or second best flyweight in the world already and WBO champion. You think he'd be as known, accomplished or advanced as he is now had he been with PBC all this time? He'd refuse to fight Hymen's tincan fights and demand the big names when that kind of stuff doesn't make the long-term money that his plan requires. Can't have his superstars getting knock off.
Haymon barely manages anyone below Lightweight, so Lomachenko should be fine. Loma could take over 126 and 130 easy.

At the time, Top Rank had the majority of belt holders and contenders at 126 upon his signing. Now things have changed.
He signed 5 year contract just before his fight in May. By that time Haymon had already signed many fighters, so the tendence was evident.
