Same people complaining about Mayweather vs Berto are applauding Golovkin vs Lemieux

Before the Pacquaio vs Mayweather fight, I heard countless people saying that they don't care who either faces after. Why is it such a big issue now. Mayweather vs Berto on ppv is a joke. If you can't understand that, idk what else to tell u.

One is a unification fight. The other is the best fighter in the division against a guy who might not even be top 15 and is shot. Jackass. And that's all folks!!

It is one of the best match ups at 160 but considering 160 is pure crap right now thats not really saying much. But it will be exciting for as long as it lasts. Yeah, we've heard this too many times to not notice a pattern. Once the division has a foreign dominating champion, it immediately becomes crap.

They're both equally bad but it LOOKS worse for Floyd because he's taken real challenges before. Golovkin has kept the bar so low for so long that it's easy to overlook the fact that he passed up better fighters to take on Lemieux.

Lemieux and Golovkin put on a more entertaining show just by one fight than Mayweather ever did in his entire career. Screw politics and money. I am a boxing fan. I don't care about what goes on behind the scenes. I don't care who Mayweather beat because he only fought in **** divisions. To me he is a sucker and he sucks and everyone he's faced. He will never be remembered positively by real boxing fans. I am not trolling. Just speaking facts. The days of real boxing and boxers are almost gone. Golovkin and Lemieux are a last of a dying breed in the sport but too many casuals fans want glamour and trash talking and forget what the sport is really about. This is one of the most exciting matchups that can be made in the sport right now.

GGG could have fought Ward , Floyd scenario is entirely different from Genadys only the blind cant see it , the idiots in here have continually demanded of Floyd he fight test after test after test across 5 weight classes , and you give GGG the pass of century time and time again , he took this fight to duck Ward , thats BS at 33 prime and a way bigger fight than Lemuiex . They both joke fights when its all said and done and pound for pound Berto is better than Lemuiex so whats really the core of the debate , Floyd has been tested and stood the test of time he is past it and has earned his easy opponent to sail off on , cant say that about the other guy . Having GGG go up to fight Ward is like floyd going up to fight ggg.. At 33 floyd has been at welter and has stayed there,, 33 ggg is at middleweight.. Both are fighting divisonal opponents, but floyd is fighting a fringe non top 10 welter and ggg is fighting a top 5 middleweight.. There is a huge difference between Berto and lemuiex.. Floyd fighting berto would be like ggg fighting brian Vera or angulo..

Lemuiex is the best possible middleweight available.. "They" might have, but I certainly wasn't. I think GGG is the best 160 pounder in the world right now, but nowhere near top 5 ATG. Yep I agree with you best MW in the world right now , its not a strong division and GGG has not proved anything towards ATG status so far , Im just not blowing sunshine , top fighter with enormous potential . But he aint done it yet .

With this logic, shouldn't "TBE"'s last fight not be sparring match? 20 years on top of the sport , with fading abilitys in his last fight after rising 5 weight classes beating more HOF fighters and WCs than anybody in history . You telling me cant see the difference in Floyd being done and lowering the curtain on a fantastic career , and a so called ATG fighting in his prime against a B grader , you cant tell the difference are you for real , come on buddy pull your head outa your ass . If he hits GGG flush, we will see. Did it ever occur to you That GGG was willing to spot Chavez and Froch the full 8 pounds but would only spot Ward 4 pounds because he knows Ward is by far the best 168 pounder in the world and much better than Froch or Chavez Jr.? Please explain why the best middleweight in the world, GGG has to give up 8 pounds to fight Ward who is the best 168 pounder in the world.
