Don't see Cotto beating Canelo, even though I'll probably be rooting for him in that fight. He's going to quickly realize he only beat a shot Martinez and weight-drained Geale because Canelo is a major step up in level compared to those two physically-compromised fighters. But, Cotto drew a lot of confidence from those wins, he was on a high, so he took the Canelo fight believing those victories were a legit benchmark of his current status as a fighter. But, those victories were just an illusion. I have a feeling Cotto might actually get stopped and Canelo vs Mayweather rematch could happen instead if Floyd isn't too scared. Either way, Floyd will continue to duck Khan by any means necessary as we can all agree at this point so perhaps I'm at fault for stating the obvious there. Bingo. Cotto will come down to earth soon enough.

Mayweather should fight Golovkin, the fight would sell at this point. Mayweather would win over a lot of fans. the dude you're talking about could fight Ward right now and it would be huge...plus Ward is more his size...Floyd is too small

He was affected by the weight, it made no difference in his performances. He could have weighed 160 and Floyd would still school the sh*t out of him. He isn't that good. Canelo isn't on Cotto's level let alone Floyd's. Floyd is a tier above Cotto and Cotto is a tier above Alvarez imo.
