Extremely unlikely. Boxing is the most difficult sport there is and heavy weight is it's least forgiving division, if you're mediocre you won't be losing by points.
It doesn't detract from his achievements in his sport though, the overwhelming majority of elite athletes couldn't execute whilst getting punched in the face, and liver without a team mate or bench in sight.
