frampton is far from trash he hasnt even hit prime yet as for you thinking santa cruz beats him I reckon you must have taken a punch to the head from golovkin himself
Frampton is trash. ANY of the top fighters embarrasses the hell out of him. Leo, Loma, Walters... EVEN NONITO right now revives his career with this midget.
Quigg didn't look good, he looked absolutely awful until he landed a booming uppercut from nowhere.
He didnt look great on the backfoot but it worked and he did what he needed to do.
Not like he got mullered first round

I would agree.
He looked unsure of how to handle pressure, but he deserves big credit for finishing the job in impressive fashion.
I totally blanked on that fight. Good to hear Quigg looked good.
It's hard to say that Quigg did great because the fight simply didn't last that long. He didn't really get to showcase his skillset like I thought he would've needed to. However, he did land a picture perfect uppercut iirc and jumped on Kiko when he had him hurt. Kiko was stalking and Quigg was moving and countering, that's the fight in a nutshell.

Paul Mulligan: Sounds like Frampton really struggled to make the weight tonight - clearly impacted preparations. Could jeopardise a Quigg fight.
Not sure if it was making the weight that was the problem, or how they went about it.
He did say they left it too late to take off the last few lbs, and also that they might have to see about moving up. Generally though, I think they'll go about making the weight better next time and be fine.

Gotta give Quigg credit for his win though. Martinez looked good first round so i don't reckon he was shot. Just got caught with a great uppercut and was done from there.

Have to give the kid credit.
He got his ass beat and took some massive bombs, but he was tough as nails.
Frampton clinching on the inside made little sense when he has T-Rex arms. I truly think he could've stopped him, but yes, Gonzales toughed it out and got his name in the mix @122.

Well Quigg won more impressively today..against a higher caliber opponent...maybe they should call bk see if fights still on the table...
Frampton already beat Martinez. Twice.

Frampton has already beat Kiko Martinez twice. Once by KO and once by comfortable decision
Nah, Thurman/Guerrero was better. I think DeGale/Dirrell was as well, but I wouldn't say it definitely was.
Fair enough, it was entertaining nonetheless
