Just rewatched taylor-froch
Gotta say it's a great fight..
Froch daring to be great on foreign soil
And I really miss having jermain taylor in the mix.. Dude always had dramatic fights ie hopkins, winky, pavlik, abraham, froch...
If you haven't seen it, I highly suggest doing so
Jermain could've taken 4 knees in that last round and still won the fight. He was that far ahead
That is a huge myth about this fight that will probably only get worse with time. It was damn close going into the final round, and the KD alone could have been enough to win a decision for Froch.
Taylor completely outboxed him but was known to gas towards the end of a fight I couldn't believe the ending.
Almost as shocking as the Mosley-Mayorga ending.

The Hopkins fight was dramatic? Winky too? Cmon now, only thing dramatic about them were the decisions which were some what controversial.
Yeah, the first Pavlik fight was good...in fact, Taylor had good fights when he got KOd.
Look at the last minute of that fight, Taylor is cowering in fear whilst Froch, almost sickening, is stalking him like a schoolyard bully.
Great fight.
I remember watching the fight the following morning as i had recorded it.
I was sat sulking going into that twelve as i thought Froch was going to lose his title in his very first defence.
Great ending.
I watch the round 12 from time to time hoping the ending would change.... :( I really wanted tayor to win that fight. I saw it live (on tv) and couldnt believe it.... I was so salty
