People through out all kinds of bogus reasons why they hate GGG or try and diminish him as a fighter, but all the reasons boil down too one reason to hate GGG.
1) Your favorite fighter is within arms length of taking a loss from GGG.
That is the only reason not to like him. He does everything anyone can ever ask of a champion.
1. He knocks everyone out.
2. He wants to fight the best.
3. He fights often, and isn't scared of traveling.
4. He often takes the short money on the road just to stay busy.
5. He fights the best opposition available to him.
6. He takes on all comers.
What is not to like?
I can understand if you feel he is over hyped, or his skills aren't what people think they are, but to hate on the only fighter of this generation who is truly pursuing the best fights out there is just shameful as a boxing fan.

i dont think people hate ggg at all i think they are just genuinely tired of seeing him fight tomato cans. I think people are tired of the everyones scared of me but those who arent i wont fight. Maybe im basing this off of my opinion alone but i dont hate ggg at all i actually like him i consider myself a fan I just am very selfish and i believe ward ggg is the best possible fight in boxing. I think it will show us who at this time is the best in the world. Mayweather may be the p4p king but hes at the end and is not the same fighter. I think people are just figuring out the formula ggg and kovalev use its pretend you will fight anyone it doesnt matter that you have no intention on fighting everyone but as long as you say it people will be believe it. they jsut want to see these guys in real fights. Maybe cotto and canelo fans are scared for that reason but you could say the same about mayweather and ward that they are hated because people know they will win a fight. i honestly think it boils down to they want to see these guys in real fights where they are not the big favorite thats all there is to it
Well you have sort of fabricated demands that Ward would make, which he isn't even making. . . He's asking for 168 and for some reason you seem to think Ward wants it at 172?
He is trying to pretend I want GGG protected. I dont.
You are still bitter about getting trolled? I got you to take something stupid serious. Live with it. You are possibly the easiest person on the planet to troll.
I dont care about catch weights. I'll be disappointed if GGG doesn't move up to 168 for ward fight.
Geeze now you can't pretend Im a weenie trying to protect GGG... I actually want to see him tested until he loses, you know... kinda how boxing is suppose to be.
Trolled? LOL...you continually make horrendous gaffes regarding anything to do with sport and then claim you were trolling or "sleepy" :lol1:
Stick to photography or whatever it is you do.
I'm retarded? From the guy who thinks thinks Roger Federer is a pure power player whilst Nadal is all finesse :lol1:
Ward has never demanded the fight be in Oakland or at a catchweight. He has also isn't "negotiating a contract" to fight Kovalev at "174".
Golovkin is the only one demanding catchweights.
Facts. Try to come to terms with them.

Also. Andre Ward fought his last fight at a catch weight...
EDIT: Since Im about to fall asleep, that last line was trolling bait that you will probably still fall for, even though I am telling you that it is there to do nothing other than irritate you.
How am I making up that I don't care if thats what ends up happening, I still want GGG to fight him?
You are retarded even for your today.

You're literally making things up because you literally have no idea what you're talking about.

Yo, why are your panties in a bunch? I just said I am fine with GGG fighting Ward in Oakland at 172.

Why are you making things up? Golovkin is the only one who is making catchweight diva demands, not Andre Ward.

I hope GGG fights ward, regardless of the terms that they have to come to in order to make it happen. Which means that they will end up fighting in oakland, at a catchweight of 172lb.
That is fine with me. I just want to see the fight. I don't care if GGG loses. Ward would probably beat him at 160-168-175. He is Hopkins level talent.
I still want to see the fight, because GGG is a damn good fighter, and he is exciting, and skilled himself. Much more so than Carl Froch...

No, he had a long layoff. That's why he fought at 172. It's actually very common among fighters that have been out of the ring for a while. Ward's team has made it clear that they will still compete at 168 until they are ready to move up. This isn't smoke and mirrors. Ward wants to fight Golovkin next.
GGG is on record as saying he wants to unify all the middleweight belts, and that his his prime focus. Ward after a few years off, GASP is having trouble making 168.
Kovalev can't find any opponents.
Ward talks about moving up to lightheavy.
But his interest in facing GGG is deadly serious.
I think more likely he is using GGG name to build up the Kovalev fight. You notice how Kovale started saying "Mexican Style" like GGG now?
The fight will be ward vs kovalev.
I hope its ward vs GGG.
It actually looks like he wants to make it look like he wants to fight GGG to use it as a leverage at the negotiating table with Kovalev, and make his name relevant again by calling people out.
If he was serious, his last fight would have been at 168. It wasn't. He is putting on weight and growing into lightheavyweight.
Its clear as day.

Because a contract is being negotiated, where its fairly clear to everyone involved that Andre's intent is to move up to 174, the division he won an olympic Medal in, to go after Kovalev?
Just straight up making things up now, huh?

What the hell are you on about? 174? Contract negotiated?
You now need to cross numbers 2, 4, 5 and 6 off your list.
