I just watched this fight - what a warrior N'Dam is.
One question I may ask though: last round - N'Dam seems to hurt Lemieux who seems to have lost his legs for a second and stumbles twice - N'Dam still seems energetic at this point but does not seem to follow up or try to attack Lemieux. Looked Strange to me somehow in some way.
I thought N'Dam was going to win that fight, but he gave a great effort in his lost. Hopefully he gets another title shot before the end of his career because in the two he's had he's shown a huge heart.

They were both tired. You only have so much reserves in the 12th round.
Lemieux was pretty gassed after the 9th, totally reasonable that N'Dam was able to hurt him in 12th. What N'Dam needed was to hurt him early in the fight to take the pressure off him before he took his own beating.
There are some folks who feel that N'Dam may have suffered a concussion in the fight, that could've prevented him from going all out. But also he expended a ton of energy recovering from the knock downs and moving around the ring, that also could've had an impact with him trying to jump on Lemieux in the 12th, that and Lemieux had his respect as well.
