Why isnt Brook calling out Mayweather?

I dont get why he is not calling mayweather out for the fight in September? Or did he? He keeps calling out Khan like no tomorrow, but why not freakin floyd? He has a belt, his win over porter was solid, he most likely wont get the fight with floyd even if he calls him out, but he has a legit case to fight him. Because there's no need for him to call Floyd out, especially if the aim is to actually get the fight: -Brook's promoter, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport, has a solid working relationship with Al Haymon, Floyd's adviser. -Matchroom Sport apparently has the exclusive right to put boxing events on Sky Box Office (biggest fight in UK history apparently generated near 20m british pounds on Box Office in the UK, equivalent to about $30m in additional revenue for the event) -Brook, as an unbeaten welterweight and the only other full champion in the division, understands that his name in the mix (unless Floyd really does pull a "Rod Salka"-type fight, the only names really left in the hat are Kell Brook, Amir Khan and, now, Shawn Porter) -Brook is already positioned to get a big fight event, with or without Mayweather, for around that same time period Brook will let his promoter do his job, and leave things to that; the Khan talk is simply because he doesn't like Amir, Khan-Brook is arguably the biggest welterweight fight in British history, and Khan has thrown out every excuse possible to avoid him.

He's made his interest in the fight clear. Brook is ready if they ask him to go in September, he has the other belt in the division, an undefeated record and a ton of confidence heading in. You don't have to beg and cry for a fight to be interested in it.

brook appears to be a pretty cool guy. he's actually "our kell," for those two don't know. he's been candid about fighting thurman. he wants it to be a fight that is there down the road. if they handed him a stack of money and told him it was thurman or bust, he'd take thurman. he may even win. with mayweather, i think it's understood that he wants the fight. you shouldn't be boxing if you're in the WW division and don't want mayweather. brook's talking has been aimed where it should be, at amir khan. that's his shot at a mayweather fight. if he knocked amir out in front of a big crowd it would put him in front of all welterweights not named floyd or manny. styles make fights. brook is a strong little bull, but floyd's not going to get into a fight where that matters. he's going to find spots to land clean punches on brook, and change his mind, the way he does with everybody else. floyd UD 12. brook is probably the best WW not named floyd. obviously manny would trash him five years ago, but this is not 2010.

Maidana didn't get in two fights against Mayweather what Khan would have got in one against Brook. Are you dense? He would take either fight in a heartbeat. He just knows that the Khan fight is more realistic. It all depends on what Floyd will offer, and also there is other things to be gained like endorsements and worldwide exposure, especially since it's Floyds 49th fight and if he can get in position for a rematch for Floyds 50th, that would be huge for anyone

If he was doing something right than he would be getting the fights he wants with the Mayweather or Manny's. They are what Khan strives to be ATG fighters future 1st ballot HOF making 9 digits for one fight. He fails in comparison to those guys. He might still get the fights, time will tell, so yes he is doing something right but i am sure you know more seeing as you are Al Haymon and work closely with Khan

Even if he loses but puts up a good fight he will have a bigger name in usa and will make more money after. There is no reason why someone would rather call out khan than floyd. Are you dense?
