I am 100% no boxer against Mayweather can give exciting fight other than Amir khan . Amir khan has been enthusastic for mayweahther fight since long time.
Amir khan has fast hands, fast legs, boxing skills and obviously he is vulnerable too, on the other side Mayweather have not got KO win for long time so in his last fight he would go for KO, this scenario would definitely make fight more exciting.
What do you guys think?
Oh ok thanks for posting your obvious agenda to try to hype up a Khan fight. Sorry man dude has 0 percent chance against Floyd
But tell me how can amir khan's chin is more weak than Ortiz??Or you want to run away like mayweahter?
Khan is nearly always exciting, win or lose...
And if an opponent comes to fight and engage, floyd can be in an exciting fight..(chavez, hatton, castillo, cotto)
mayweather vs anyone isn't an exciting fight
his lunge/run/lunge/run/lunge/run style means that if you try to make it exciting (by chasing him around between lunges) you lose every round
the only way to beat him will be a taste of his own medicine.. which khan may or may not be capable of. He's a very fast boxer and has also mastered that lunge/run style (watch the end of the lamont peterson fight)

Let me think....
 ............. ZZZZZzzzz ... Did I snore?
Exciting no, Floyd doesnt do exciting but it will be interesting, Khan has his flaws but he offers a different type of puzzle to solve than any of Floyds previous opponents so it will be something different ay least.
Khan just doesnt lose alot of rounds unless he gets hurt so I dont see a boring one sided shut out happening.
????? Garcia,Prescott...how is that once?? not to mention he has been floored damn near 10 times
I was referring to Khan-Prescott where he was literally KO'd. With Garcia he was rightfully ruled TKO'd as he could barely stand but none the less he wasn't sparked out or quit like Floyd's previous opponents Pacquiao, Cotto, Ortiz, Judah, and some more. The point is just because Khan has a suspect chin and can be downed doesn't mean Floyd is just going to steam roll him. Khan has taken the best shots from guys all over the board at 140-147. Khan and Floyd are out fighters. They control the fight with controlling the distance. To do what Algieri did, Floyd would have to do something very out character which is apply constant pressure. Something he has never really done. But it would be the best game plan for sure considering Khan, once he can control the distance with his jab, would be able to mount a offense that obviously would be at a higher rate then Floyd's usual shoulder/roll pot shoting style. I'm not knocking Floyd, I am just saying stylistically it is a good fight and one that would trouble Floyd more then most other guys out there. Thurman and Porter are green, and they aren't as sharp with their punches as elites like Mayweather, Pac, Khan (on most occasions), Mathysse, and some more I probably I have forgot to name. Sure I am okay with Floyd fighting an easy fight of his choice a his last hoo-raah as I am just kinda ready to see him retire and go off into the sunset. If that is the case then Garcia would be a great pick because on paper he should be numero uno, but we all know Garcia just s*cks. My first choice is Khan, second would be Brooke, and if not them two then Thurman or Cotto
Only because Floyd and Khan are out fighters and fight at a constant work rate. Now that Khan was exposed by Algieri using a smotherng tactic it'd be interesting to see if Floyd takes the same approach. Khan is a beast when he is fighting a boxer puncher. But he has enough speed to evade brawlers like Maidana whilst landing combos. Algieri had the speed and length that gave Khan trouble while working an inside game. Khan has been Ko'd only once. He was ruled out on his feet and declared a tko loser against Danny. He took Maidanas best shots flush and never went down and finished strong. Idk how different this Khan is now to the one we used to see, but Khan has proven himself to have one of the strongest wills to win in the game right now

Floyd KO Rate : 54%
Floyd Running Rate : 99.99 % (almost in all fights)
So it would be mayweather who run not Khan
Ignorant Ortiz quit against Maidana, Amir khan didn't quit against Maidana.
And mayweather doesn't have power to KO at age 38 so stop dreaming he would KO any boxer or girlfriend.

please floyd just came out and ran around and didnt rise to the occassion for $180 million, what the hell makes you think he wont do twice as much much less against khan?
wouldbt be surprised if his last fight was an 8 rounder
Where do ya'll get this"HE RAN" mess from?? he fought off the back foot as usual, threw more and landed more,he actually walked Manny down at times and had Manny literally running
No. Khan talks big but he never lives up to the talk. He was supposed to show he was ready to fight Mayweather by fighting Algieri who was coming off a one sided,6 knockdown 120 to 102 loss to Pacquiao. He mostly ran and clinched and probably deserved to lose to Algieri who chased him all fight. This the guy Mayweather is afraid to fight? I don't think so. Mayweather would hit Khan when Khan comes rushing in. Khan comes strait in and throw no more than 2 or 3 fast but not very accurate punches and then grabs his opponent to prevent return fire. Maywather will box his ears off and then knock him out. Until Mayweather wins by KO there will be a hell of a lot of clinching and wrestling and I don't find that exciting.
Yep Floyd stops him or Khan starts running around the ring again

Khan does not have the power of Ortiz and has an even worse chin which he keeps up in the air and is just as stupid as Ortiz. Sorry Khan gets hurt dropped and eventually stopped

Don't matter Maywather ERA Ends September and the timing is right! Time for a new ERA in boxing. He made his money he dominated his ERA. I don't give a sh1t who he fights next to be honest he could lose the last fight of his career and it probably wouldn't matter :dunno: nothing left for him to prove now. Retire so we can see new stars emerge in Boxing. He is holding a lot of belts Hostage at 147 and 154 :lol1:
