I gotta see Joshua get tested in the stamina and chin department before I give him a chance to beat fury...
Joshua is obviously a very impressive prospect, but that's all he is, a prospect.. Let him develop for another year before I can flatly claim he could beat fury....
If I'm forced to pick one, I think Joshua could stop fury
I would agree but I watched a video earlier today of Joshua getting put on his ass by some slob in a 15 foot ring. Granted, he was wearing headgear so this had to be a long time ago but he is green and green boxers can always be taught a lesson by a more seasoned pro.
Sounds like Dillian Whyte.
It was Joshua's 2nd fight or something back in 2009.
When Fury fought Johnson you could hear Peter Fury in between rounds telling him to forget about going for a KO, forget about the crowd, just stick to the plan and keep boxing him.
He said afterwards that he wanted to know if Tyson could do that for 12 rounds or not, and when he did, they knew he was ready for Wlad.
That story about Joshua beating Fury up in sparring came from Fury himself, and he was obviously joking when he said it. Nobody else has ever said that it really happened, not even Eddie Hearn!
Fury was clearly working on new things under Peter when he went in against Johnson, no question about that.
In my opinion, it's hysterical if anyone where to pick Fury. Fury is a joke and doesn't hold any of the intangibles to win against a Monster like Joshua. The man got dropped by a cruiser weight and had to use rough tactics to win the fight... He struggles with men half his size. The man is a joke, and people are feeding more into the hype of a man the is a gloried British version of Willard or Carnera. Joshua on the other hand has continued to impress me and can't wait to see him against some tough competition. Let's be clear though anything like Chrisora, Arreola, or even Chambers would be a disappointment because these guys have as much of a pulse as Johnson.

Slow down, slow down
Jousha hasnt been tested, we dont know anything about his chin or stamina
Fury is more than capable of hitting him on the chin and breaking him down
I wud not compare him to Fury at this stage of his career
I would think Fury would win.
That said Fury's chin is suspect, especially when he isn't switched on.
I also cant believe Fury went the distance to get rounds under his belt.
Who is Fury's best win? All the top guys seem to queue for their title shot rather than fight each other.

Joshua already has the mental advantage ,he's beating Fury up already in sparring .He is more skilled and has power ,anyone using the chin angle ?Well Joshua stood for many rounds with training with Wlad which in itself is harder then a sanctioned Fury fight. That about covers it.

Joshua by huge KO. Fury has struggled with guys half his size and feather fisted cruisers with like 50% KO ratio, relying solely on cheating to win . This fight would last as long the Harrison vs Price fight, the myth and illusion created by Fury he is fast and mobile will be out the window upon facing a guy of Joshua's quality. Their is a huge difference in quality between guys like Hammer, Gerber, Chisora and Antony Joshua himself.
Joshua batters him already.
He's a far better fighter and athlete, just far superior in all aspects. He's already beat Fury up in sparring when he was far less experienced and sharp.
I would think Fury would win.

Lol, Joshua easily. Fury only fight men with half the size as him, Joshua is almost as big as him but way better.
A cruiserweight Cunningham almost knocked out Fury, imagine what Joshua would do to him.
And Fury leads in the poll, lmao...
way too many unanswered questions about joshua to confidently pick him over fury right now. i mean what happens after round 3?
That's my opinion too, which I voted for Fury by TKO, based on what I think would happen if they fought now.
I've no worries about AJ's chin, but I have a feeling he'd struggle to go 12 rounds at a fast pace, carrying all that muscle.
He looked awesome against Johnson, but we already knew AJ can blast guys out, so I wish he'd taken the same approach to Johnson as Fury did. Not even try for a KO, just focus on boxing and going the distance with a wily opponent who would make him think and give him a good workout.
