Dibella Entertainment is putting on the event as lead promoter, and Warriors Boxing is partnering with them by providing the main event. The card is being presented by Dibella Entertainment, in association with Warriors Boxing, Murphy's Boxing, Matchroom Sport, and NBC. The Dirrell-Degale card is being supported by a ten-fight card, with at least one other direct Warriors Boxing bout, in addition to the main event (to add to that, according to Warriors Boxing's website, they are also in partnership with four other companies, one of those being Dibella). maybe next time

Andre Dirrell has a promotional contract with DiBella Entertainment. From everything I've gathered, all of Al Haymon's fighters that are with his management group Haymon Boxing will soon be under Tom Brown's umbrella as he took over Goossen Promotions which is now known as TBG Promotions.

Well, it could have many possibilities. It's possible to transfer the rights of a fight to another promoter. Maybe Warriors Boxing doesn't have a license to promote in MA. I guess Warriors Boxing isn't big enough to to promote a big card with championship fights, DBE has the infrastructure.

Haymon pays Warriors to win the purse bid and now he pays DiBella to promote the fight. Haymon be paying everybody, he probably hands himself a paycheck :lol1:

Warriors was just there on behalf of Haymon Boxing. They were not there as promoter of record. Haymon Boxing... as in Haymon's promotional company?
