Roman already priced himself out he wants a million each which they do deserve but I don't think they will be getting from hbo hopefully Roman faces someone good. I think they said he has a multiple fight deal with hbo
I meant to quote your other post where it seemed to assume a Gonzales victory, though obviously I was wrong to think that
I agree with you 100%
Does anyone know Roman's deal with Teiken and HBO? Teiken and HBO working together seems crazy to me, how global the sport really has become
I hope it's a deal which allows has much cooperation as possible. Personally, I've never seen too many problems negotiating fights in the lower, more warrior like divisions and Estrada v Roman 2 should happen at some stage, barring any oddity, like a freak loss or injury to either guy.

He signed a multifight deal with HBO.
Not underestimating him at all, I'm saying they are the two best guys out there, so why not make this happen? Win or lose, the Inoue fight would still be big, especially if Roman got a rematch and won.
Personally I think it's 60-40 in Roman's favour against Amnat.

IYO will HBO mace this fight seeing as how they just invested in Gonzalez?
I'm not sure, I think they are testing the waters with him right now, it's rare to see HBO back such a lower weight fighter
It would demand a sizeable purse, Gonzales had a pretty tough fight the first time around, and will do so again.
Pretty sure a Gonzales-Ruenroeng fight could happen (barring WBC/IBF negotiations). They could easily hype Amnats win over Shiming, alongside Gonzales who KO'd his way to the (relative) spotlight
Yeah i think you may be underestimating Amnat here
He could quite well pull off the upset, he's established himself as a very formidable Flyweight titleholder

oh damn I dunno why I typed that. Meant to say Inoue.
Yeah, the Amnat v Roman fight could be sold a number of ways plus, imo, they may be the two best flys on the planet.

Will HBO put up enough money to make the rematch happen?
He said he wanted Estrada again so he could beat him wider than he did last fight. I'd watch the rematch.
How many times do you want him to rematch Estrada? lol
Ruenroeng is not a bad choice. Besides a unification they could promote it as a battle of unbeatens.

and ruenroeng has a tricky, unusual style, which might be interesting. i don't see him winning due to his low activity, but it'd pose gonzalez problems he hasn't had to face before
would love to see the rematch, could happen anytime this year or early 2016. Plenty of good fights to have out there, if I was guiding him, I'd set it up like this:
Ruenroeng for a unification
Then the Estrada rematch
Then Viloria and then finally the Estrada rematch

There's also the WBC to take into account a Thai Nawaphon is in line for the title so depends on when they have to face him could determine when Esrtada II happens.
