Wilder vs Fury vs Povetkin vs Jennings
These four guys in my opinion are in the best position to take over if Klitschko retired today, but who would come out on top if they all fought each other?
I think povetkin, with a fair ref, can beat wlad.
Maybe, I dont think a fair ref will happen though due to WK being the reason everyone is getting paid.
Wlad is still the king until proven otherwise obviously. He'd be favourite over every one of these guys.

I chose Wilder but that is with strings attached, clearly Wilder needs to work on stamina and not rely on power alone.
I like Wilder but he has to keep working if he wants to be a force that lasts an era and not just a season.
Right now, I still think Wlad beats Wilder right now and I don't even like Wlad, that being said I still think he can keep Wilder on the end of that jab until Wilder gasses out.

Jennings is tough as hell though and is probably the most skilled out of all of them since the others are more about being punchers. Jennings can box well and is tough enough to take any of these guys to a close decision. I actually think he's a bad match up for Wilder and Fury atleast if he can avoid a big shot. Povetkin would be an absolute war. Id love to see them fight. It'd be the closest thing the current divison could get to a Ali/Frazier kind of fight. Not because either are on there level or even close nit just the style clash. Povetkin would come straight at him like Frazier and Jennings would actually bang back like Ali but be boxing at the same time.
I just see how Cunningham actually was giving Fury fits until he got caught and think Jennings could do the same. Wilder is powerful but again Stiverne was small but Jennings is a bigger guy and can box as well as Stiverne so I think he'd be a much tougher fight.
That's why I'm torn on who to pick. I could see Fury smothering them all too and winning with dirty boxing in the trenches. That's one reason I like Fury in a fight against Wlad and think he will give him hell. Fury is a bully in the clinch so I don't think Wlad will bully him like everybody else and I want to see how Wlad reacts because Fury will get down and dirty if he wants to clinch.
The thing with Fury is that he's looked absolutely horrific at times. Been Kd'd by some pretty average fighters (even before Cunningham). But just recently he seems to have sorted himself out a bit. He's still an awkward mover but he does move, and he can punch off that movement too. Plus like you say he has shown he can get rough if he needs too. Problem is he does some dumb stuff like leaning in over his front foot and sticking his chin in the air which makes me think hes waiting to be KO'd.
Against the guys in this hypothetical tourney though I can see him losing concentration at some point and getting sparked. I reckon at the end of his career we'll look back at Fury as an 'on his night' type fighter. Probably get some good wins, but with no consistency... Or he could just be sh*t lol. who knows
I'll go with wilder based on how well he fought against stivernne.
I still am not sold on him, but his power and size are a tough combination when he fights like a tall fighter "should".
Povetkin and Jennings havent fought I dont think
Joshua is a little way off these guys at the moment.
Doh my bad there. It was Perez. Was looking at Box Rec and my eyes decieved me when I was checking out Povetkins next opponent.
I want to say Wilder, but his opposition is suspect at best and his next fight is against Molina. So sad.
Povetkin already lost to Jennings.
Jennings can't deal with the size of Fury or Wilder in my opinon.
Fury I'm not really sold on either lol.
I'm going with option E, Joshua.
Lol what?
I picked povetkin he'd knock them all out aside from Jennings. He's the most skilled and powerful.

Povetkin should probably be the favorite because he's more battle tested, Wilder is the wildcard because he looks so beatable but one thunderous punch sends you too another planet.
Fury and Jennings can hold there own too. I really wouldn't surprised if any of these 4 won it. I think they can all beat each other on any given day. It just depends who's night it is.
Its difficult because only Povetkin has been tested regularly enough to get a good gauge on how good he is.
I like what I saw from Wilder in the Stiverne fight, but was at the same time extremely dissapointed in Stiverne. To the point where it actually took away from Wilder's victory a bit for me.
Fury is looking a lot better recently to what did. He seems like he does some complicated stuff well, but also gets some basic stuff wrong. Unfortunately at heavyweight I think basics are the most important and I reckon he would get found out vs Wilder and Povetkin in particular. Having said that he moves pretty well and is 6"9 with a 85inch reach (or summat) so if he fights a good fight he'll be tough for anyone.
Jennings is probably the weak link atm out of the four, but his progression to this point has been ridiculous, and he gave Klitschko a pretty tough fight. I think he will keep on improving and his natural attributes and going to serve him well.
Overall i think it'd be between Wilder and Povetkin.
