Who you got?
Ill add Lara to the list as well, he's been horrific since being dropped by Angulo. Went from a pocket counter puncher to a track star.
His fight with Ishe was only watchable because Ishe tried to get work done. Going into the fight, I thought Lara would try to make a statement since Ishe isn't really a threat, but he continued to fight in his usual style. Lara is definitely one of the most boring currently because he doesn't take full advantage of his physical talent. Surprisingly, Ishe had a semi-entertaining performance last week. On the other hand, Lara will probably lay another egg in his next bout.
I disagree on Wlad though, I hate watching him fight and don't lose any sleep if I miss his fight.
I agree with many of the ones already mentioned.
Erislandy Lara, ishe smith, devon alexander, sergio mora, ivan calderon, john ruiz, Wladimir Klistchko.
Floyd mayweather can get boring but turns it up sometimes like he did against shane mosley for a portion of the fight.
Early in his career he was actually very exciting. Watch him destroy Byrd x2, Barrett, Jefferson, etc. it was only after the Brewster fight that he really started to become cautious and boring in certain fights. Whereas guys like Ruiz, vasquez, Molina, have never been exciting and stink out the joint every time. Wlad has an unreal ko ratio, that alone takes him out of the discussion.
so what? getting stoppages doesn't make you inherently exciting. you've still got to suffer through some of hte worst championship rounds you'll ever see virtually every time wladimir fights.
have you seen any of his fights in the last 5-10 years?
It seems ironic that there are no mentions of perhaps the most boring Heavyweight boxing champion in history Wladimir Klitschko.

Mayweather is not boring as per say. He is however a myth, false hope, nowaday. How often do get your moneys worth? (no pun)
Before Floyd was a PPV star, he was in some entertaining fights, not particularly close, but he put his full attacking skills on show, cos he wanted to get to the top.
Since clementing that spot, hes more of a heist fighter.
Only fighters I find boring are the ones who dont land clean punches. Whether thats a brawler (recent LSC), a boxer (Miguel Vasquez) or hyperactive retard (Amir Khan).
Other than that you can fight how you want
