Why has Froch never made a jump at 175? Obviously were wondering the same thing about Ward but Froch is the self proclaimed best around 168 and is halfway retired. But is it possible that he may get motivated as he says and want to move in one Kovalev. It would do wonders for both guys legacy, win or lose and for boxing as a whole
Froch won't fight golovkin because he too small
And he won't fight kovalev because he is too big
And he won't fight Hopkins because he is too old
And he won't fight fight degale because he is too awkward
And he won't fight dirrel because he moves too much (yet drooled over Floyd's performance vs PAC)
And he won't fight ward because he only wants to fight in Nottingham
And he won't fight badou j...ok I'll stop :)
Because That's Floyd's fighter and froch loves Floyd for acknowledging him
Froch hasn't made that jump because he weights around 175 on fight night. The heaviest I can remember him being is 176.
I don't want to see Kovalev vs. Froch. Kovalev would brutalize him, it's not something we should be wishing on Froch to end his career.
no because froch doesnt have the "defensive" style to neutralize kovalev. by defensive that means clinching, bending below the waist, and headlocking. duh
nor does froch have that calzaghe ability of waiting till kovalev turns 40something before challenging him.
at least calzaghe hasn't suggested that froch move up to fight kovalev like calzaghe did with 40something jones and hops. Calzaghe realises that its physically impossible for froch to wait till kovalev turns 40something.

Froch don't want none.... Kovolev would wreck him and probably in brutal fashion.. Froch is on the downhill and kovolev is peaking... I think froch would take a massive beating and get stopped,,,
I would be more interested in a froch-Stevenson fight
