Both off of counter straight lefts while Floyd was throwing the straight right. Manny can really punch man. I also observed that Floyd didn't once use the shoulder roll defense. Even against other south paws he would fall back into his shoulder roll but I guess he really respected Mannys power and used that "Clottey" Defense. I also seen that both of these men are old and need to hang it up. Floyd is getting hit too much with power punches at this stage in his career and Manny is gun shy. Also I believe both men were scared under those lights last night. Even big Floyd said Jr was fighting scared but Mannys gun shy stuff really bugged me out. There were times he would follow Floyd into a corner and wouldn't throw a punch. Overall, it was an easy fight for Floyd. Good fight though.
He actually countered Floyd off a jab. Moreover Floyd wasn't hurt either time. He was buzzed. That's why he was totally coherent. Hurt is Maidaina in the third round where Floyd has to hold on to the ropes to even stay upright.
lmao.....is that you pacf@gs got? "oh he hurt him twice." pacquiao got his a$$ whooped.
I wouldn't call that a whooping he barely got a mark on his face.
He got decisioned but not whooped.

Neither really tried that hard, that's what made the fight dull
May didn't need to he was comfortably winning without exerting himself he was on cruise control most of the fight
Manny caught him with 1 or 2 good shots that will buzz anybody.
Manny seemed more afraid of Floyd's power than i've ever seen before, no matter what he says. His punch output went from like 700 punches to around 400 in the space of 6 months naturally? no way. If that was any other fighter in there with Manny last night his punch output would be almost double. I'm not buying the shoulder excuse. Watch before the fight in the dressing rooms, Pac was whipping hooks with both hands like he was a prime Jack Dempsey. I even pointed out in the Master Thread just before the fight it looks like Pac is going to try to land hooks judging by his warm up and there was no hint of any injury.
I'm not saying Floyd hits harder than anybody has fought, no way, but i think he tasted something on those counters and maybe after what happened against Marquez, it's extremely difficult to not have that playing on your mind when you feel something connecting on you that you don't like and it makes you very cautious.
They're both old but they are still the top two best guys at 147 (I still think Pac would win Marquez rematch). There are no really promising 147ers besides Thurman.
They're both retiring soon anyway, their punch output is telling.
Kell Brooke is promising as well, Its also sad that Floyd avoided Erislandy Lara.
We have never seen him fight a boxer. Sure it would be a boring fight, but Lara was the best at 154 when he fought Canelo instead.
Lmao how people always over exaggerate after a fight. Floyd wins 8-4, gets hurt twice, and the make it seem like it was easy work, sparring etc. lol same in the danny garcia vs lucas, lucas won like 5 rounds and they made it seem like he got dominated and schooled. Get out of here.
He sure did and Floyd even with a puncher's glove couldn't put a dent on Pacquiao.
uhh floyd used non punchers gloves that are used for protecting his hand gtfoh
LOL u called brandon rios a retard ahaha. Mayweather impressed me alot yesterday excellent boxing it was boring as **** but the way he schooled pacman was next level.

Yeah, he'd totally win a Marquez rematch--he's fought a retard (rios), a feather fisted Bradley, and a kickboxer (algieri). He was outclassed and countered last night---yeah, he would totally beat the guy who dropped him and eventually knocked him out.
Thanks for the dumb post
