We got mike Tyson saying the fight sucked, oscsar apologizing for the fight, ESPN ripping it apart, and this was our Super Bowl. This was everything, and I don't think people were upset may won, but it was done in such a boring fashion. He did just enough to win the rounds, and that's it. I'm just gonna say this, you can say all the sweet science all you want, but damn that was boring. The holding was bad, barely any punches were thrown and landed. And manny disappointed as well, he looked like he didn't even try, he had May on the ropes, and was tagging him, and he just stopped throwing. His effort was poor in comparison to his past All eyes were on boxing tonight, and I'm not sure it can recover LOL here we go with "Blame floyd" becuase Manny was afraid of being countered. If Manny hesitates because hes eating too Manny strait rights, that's no Floyd's fault compubox confirms it, Manny didn't want to work becuas he was getting stung each time. Anything to blame floyd.

although i enjoyed mayweathers performance, im a boxing fan so ill appreciate it, it was a good fight but not a great fight, i could understand why the casual fight might get put off after spending so much money on it, casual fans ike a tear up and action fighters

I agree, I kept telling people I knew that even if I didn't like Mayweather I would prefer if he knocked out Pacquiao than win his usual boring decisions for the good of the sport. Mayweather just doesn't care about putting on a show, and with so many eyes on boxing I was hoping he would take a little bit more of a risk.

Why would you expect Mayweather's fights to be entertaining? This isn't Trinidad-Vargas.

Overhyped, Mayweather just did enough to get the decision, though scores were way wide he did win the fight, Pac just didn't do enough. It did hurt boxing considering the magnitude of the fight. But like always, boxing will be fine.

Mayweather is a chump. He rather box not to lose than box to win.

Boxing will be fine, but as far as it being a major sport, you're right it died with this fight. When a guy is winning rounds based on his jab, you know it's a stinker of a fight. Mayweather is a great fighter but that's not entertaining. There's no drama and it's a combat sport.

This is why boxing is dead. When the P4P best would rather run, clitch, and relax the whole fight rather than give the fans a good show. Mayweather is probably capable of putting on a firefight like he did earlier in his career, but he chooses not to. He won the fight, but I would have rather him win the fight with 300 landed punches and getting hit 250, than him winning in that lackluster performance.

Unbelievable that Manny said to Kellerman that he thought he won the fight.

People are just salty that Mayweather didn't lose.
