I believe it was Samsung, its why he is taking tons of selfie shots, even during the weigh in walk. Samsung also sponsored some football players and made them a deal to take a selfie with president obama that player would get some money.

Thought it was samsung That would make sense seeing Pacquiao visibly using a Samsung to take selfies of himself before he started his entrance to the weigh in. I was just expecting some huge announcement and fireworks or a parade or something after the way Arum hyped it up so much
