Ariza is on record saying he had Pacquaio on a 7000calorie diet(more than any other athlete in the entire planet including those hulking mr olympia's) . Point is was Ariza cheating then and is he cheating now with Mayweafher. Or is it actually possible to eat 6 average sized adults calories and still weigh less than 147lb??
I dont believe that 12000 calories crap, were all human beings not super saiyans:crackhead:
Dude my uncle was a professional bodybuilder back in the day, he would eat a pack of hotdogs and buns in one sitting. Well over 2000 calories right there, and he was able to maintain his weight and be shredded. Just because you have zero experience in life doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
:bottle:
Phil Heath (bodybuilder) eats around 10,000 calories a day to maintain weight and he isn't doing the cardio Pacquiao does.
For a 6 ft 2 200lb man to maintain weight he has to eat just over 3000 calories if he works out 3 days a week. It is absolutely feasible to eat 7000 calories for a professional boxer
While training for Beijing, Phelps would routinely down around 12,000 calories a day to fuel his six-day-a-week, five-hour-a-day training schedule
I'm no health expert but.....
Does swimming all day or running/training all day burn calories?
Hmmm.... I wonder.
I wonder if world class athletes who are exercising 5-10 times more than normal ppl burn 5-10 times more than regular ppl.
Have you seen pac workout? The dude is basically bouncing up and down for hours and goes full speed while shadow boxing. His metabolism is insane therefore he has to consume a ton of calories.

Exactly and his weight didnt budge.
