I can envision this fight being huge down the Road. Spence needs to beat more competition. I think Spence is ready to step his competition up. I believe somewhere down the road, The boxing public will demand for this fight. What do you guys think. Does this have the makings of an epic fight.
There is young prospect from Florida right now that fights at 147 as well that I think in a few years him and Spence could be a very big fight.
I forgot his name I think I saw him on Friday Night Fights or one of those GBP cards on Fox Sports. It was only a few months ago I saw him fight.
You talking about Clarence Booth?
if hbo let this one marinate , canelo-ggg in a couple of years will be a blockbuster hit...
those two are the future of ppv...
Yep, and After GGG is done giving Canelo a hellacious beating, Ward will dominate GGG.
It would have to be two genuinely and supremely gifted fighters that actually wait too long to face one another lol. IDK man, I don't know who will be the next 2.
No spence will be long gone from welter and be at 154 possibly 160 in a few years...
Crawford will probably not go to 147 or probably won't be as effective...
That's like marquez vs Lara
Spence is already 25(I know quite surprising) he won't be going up much more.
Oscar Valdez beats both of them when he moves up in weight.
LOL so not only do you think a bum like valdez is better than Verdejo but u also say u like Danny Garcia and hes not rican.... dont let the media and Oscar de la hoya fool you. Hes just another white american.
hell, i would say verdejo and amir imam are more proven then this eroll spence dude who has yet to face a live body in his career
Hold up a minute, Spence made it to the second round of the Olympics. That makes him the best prospect the US has had in years.

Verdejo will let his fans down by taking a loss, Joshua will get sparked out by Wilder.
Lomachenko is a star, but he won't carry the sport unless he beats Rigondeaux which I doubt he can do.
Spence is definitely the future of boxing for America when it comes to the Lower weight class.
yeah, that's like, your opinion, kid.
crawford doesnt look like he can be a big dude where as spence looks like he can fill out some more.
I doubt that fight ever gets made, and realistically they probably never be close enough in weight to make it happen then they are what now and right now that fight really makes no sense cause it has absolutely value to their career as is.
Like both these kids....young, hungry, talented fighters. Terrence is a little more ahead of the game but im sure if Spence starts stepping up competition, he can be a great fighter
Doubt it.
Spence is too big, plus he hasn't fought anyone yet. As Brush pointed out, his biggest claim to fame is giving Floyd a black eye in sparring.
Crawford looks promosing, he's definitely a P4P material, but I don't think he has the x factor to be sport's mega star.
Plus Pac - Floyd was THE fight 5 years ago already, Craword - Spence is not even a fight at this point.
Lomachenko, Joshua, Verdejo - those guys will carry the sport after Mayweather and Pacquiao are gone.

Every time we hype up names this way it always turns around to bite us in the arse. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Both have bright futures but some dedicated cab driver always seems to come along and ruin plans for everyone.
Doubt it.

No. it will be Verdejo vs. Jose Ramirez. Both are with TR and you have the Mex. vs PR. rivalry, this will be much bigger

Wasnt esier to say "I hate ricans", instead of a paragraph of nonesense? If you dont think Verdejo has the "wow" factor YDKSAB
I like Danny Garcia. I don't hate ricans.
