People seemed to be focused on other fights and etc.
But Garcia Vs Peterson...Garcia has been in very vunerable fighters, Herrera, and etc.
Do you give Peterson a real chance at the upset, does anyone have Peterson winning?
Terribly slow starter, easy to hit - in fact prone to getting hit with left hooks, shaky chin, I don't see how.
People are looking way too much into the Herrera fight IMO or maybe not enough if they seemingly think all you need to beat Danny Garcia is a jab. Not that Peterson even has a good jab in the first place.
In the minority but I see Garcia stopping him quite early. Peterson has been flattered to many times by guys laying on the ropes doing nothing. He is very average all around outside of a good workrate.
Garcia stoppage in the first half. A part of me thinks he goes down early, gets up and does his usual rally but Garcia is a good finisher, he'll not let him off the hook.
Im in the minority too then because I got Garcia bearing easily or stopping Lamont. I think Garcia is better in all departments except hopping around uselessly like a jackass.
I don't understand why people sleep on Peterson. He's a very live underdog. Unless Danny will catch him cold early I think this will turn out to be a very competitive fight. Peterson is not a push over.
^^^^^This.
I don't think so. Garcia as much as we hate on him due to the Salka stunt, is the real deal. The man can crack, that left hook is lethal when it lands, and believe me it will land. Peterson will get GARSH'd.

i don't think many knowledgeable fans think garcia is undefeated anyway. most people thought he lost to herrera, he probably should have lost to theophane as well and the matthysse fight was just shananigans. if he loses "officially" no one will care in fact it will probably be good for him. he can stop being scared of protecting his record and go for some good fights in a real division, not the garcia 142/143 division.
