LETS GO CHAMP
Hey I like Briggs, I mean sure he's been artificially boosted up the rankings because he's got charisma and use to be a legit contender (no winning the WBO belt doesn't make you a Champ in my eyes). But, he is funny. He actually gets people talking. Would giving him a payday against Klitch be such a horrible thing? I mean seriously, are there any HWs out there who people think are genuinely going to take down Wlad? Why not give a dude who's at least entertaining a chance to make a bit of money.
Usually the sanctioning bodies require you to fight for the number one spot but with the WBA I think they'll just keep elevating Briggs' rank until he reaches number one :lol1:
I swear if Briggs wasn't so funny i would be completely against him. it's so blatant that he just wants to fight complete bums and get a payday against Klitschko.
Jones confronts him and he's like 'it doesn't make sense yet champ!' lol... then say he'll beat Wlad first then fight him but really he knows he might lose to Jones that's why he wants Wlad first.
Makes me wonder though, if he can get ranked number 6 with the opposition he's been fighting he just needs to fight someone with half a pulse and he could be a locked in WBA mandatory set for purse bids.

LETS GO CHAMPNot so fast! He might get a regular title shot, which he would be a dog against Chagaev or even the raw Lucas Browne. There is reason why Briggs hasn't gotten much tougher opposition than professional losers. I would be willing to bet he might lose to even a Jason Gavern. Or worse look like dog **** against Gavern before a last minute ko.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qxa19wg5wOM
