Of course, that's why he lost to Salido.
Dumb to compare him to Floyd anyways....but to LOMA credit he just turned pro and fought a cagey guy in Salido......who came in overweight, used every dirty move in the book, and still fought strong in the late rounds
How many other fighters u think could have done something like dat?
And to TS...Loma would be a beast at 147, if he was bigger
what makes you say that
he has incredibly narrow shouldrs and short arms

There's plenty of room for some more muscle on that frame.
Edit: damn i didn't know his reach is only 65"...thats tiny for a featherweight
Why stop there? What if he was 6'11 295 pounds? He'd school Wlad.
We're talking 20 lbs, not 120 here. They are within the same neighbourhood, especially given Lomachenko's age.
As extremely dirty as Salido was, he exposed some holes in Lomachenko. Holes that Porter, Maidana, Bradley and Pacquiao would exploit.
If Loma ever gets to welter, it will probably be about 5 years from now. I don't really see how anything taken from his 2nd pro fight would have any relevance. Loma has been an improved fighter even in his 3rd and 4th pro bouts, the Loma who beat GRJ would probably have beaten Salido in an immediate rematch, let alone if you imagine 5 years down the line with all that pro experience and in his physical peak.
