Final Analysis - was Pac, Floyd, or both to blame over the years

They both are to blame.This in simple terms sums up the last 6 years in a nutshell. That is the simplest, most unbiased answer there is.

Come on now, they've been at the top of the sport forever. If they wanted to fight they could of called a few people and got each others numbers way from the start instead of "happening to be at Miami Heat game together." Although I would say Manny has genuinely wanted the fight for years. Why would Floyd say Manny is the second P4P behind him then start belittling Manny as he begins moving up in weight closer to Floyd? i think arum/kuntz was whispering to manny's ear sabotaging the 1st negotiations. i think arum didn't want pac to lose to floyd just yet.

both are to blame. but different levels imo. say early on 2009-2011. both, maybe even pacs side to blame. for me, after that is was all floyd.I agree totally.

I think the number one reason was the no PPV, the number two reason was Floyd demanded a test he never demanded before, number three reason was Pac letting his emotions get to him when he felt insulted by the test as if it was an accusation in itself which it was at the time and that was his ego and emotions getting in the way. He used the scapegoat of leery of needles. Both have been divas, both have had a bit of Prima Donna in them.

Maybe so, but I don't doubt for a second that Arum had business to attend to for Pac's resume too. . . That whole JMM, Bradley thing over the last few years, no matter what was being made how and when Arum wanted them, and nothing would have stopped that either. i think after the cowboys stadium fights then bob was down with a floyd fight. remember he was buddy buddy with al davis.... err i mean jerry jones. after that. 2010? i blame floyd mostly.

pacquiao ran away from the drug testing. everything was agreed too. he even claimed he's under heavy training so he can't do it. then they said they want the commission to do it. then they said he's scared of needles. it was pretty ridiclous at the time, and looking back at it even more. it was stupid but for some reason i think it had more to do with bob and "SIMMERING" bob had a few more in house fights to make and milk. once he ran out of marg and clottey i think he was open to a floyd fight then but now floyd wasn't having none of it.
