Just found some news from Daily Mail UK, in particular, the writer Jeff Powell caught my interest. I don't know much about UK news Vendors or this Jeff Powell fellow, but are they credible for boxing coverage?

So it seems Pacquiao's first random drug test was demanded by Mayweather. Looks like each fighter gets to call in one or two random drug tests on the other guy when they please.
