Keith Thurman the new superstar of boxing

Guerrero and Chaves are two good top 10 WW's, durable too. Thurman handled them with ease. He's clearly a class above some of these WW's.

Thurman fought great against a world class fighter. Guerrero is no joke and will give many fighters at 147 problems. I would love to see Thurman fight Bradley and KO in 4. There are a lot of small 147lbs hiding fighting each other. Thurman will destroy Khan,Broner,Garcia,Rios,Porter,Brook. I give him a chance to beat the older and smaller Pacquiao and Mayweather.

Who does he have to beat? you have to string some wins together against names first. He had a decent fight with guerrero but failed to close the show and was dominated the champsionship rounds by a hurt fighter. Thats not elite superstar material, not saying he cant turn into own with more maturing but as of right now I say no, just a good fighter.

Thurman looks like a knockout waiting to happen to me. But until then he is going to be very fun to watch.

Tough to say anyone will be a superstar because that is a lot of moves out, but I think if Thurman takes care of business tonight like I believe he will then he is going to be a star real quick. That next step is tough to make but I do see a bit of that it factor in him.

GGG is a natural middlewieght,who will only come down to 154,or up to 168 for big fights,and at 154 there's is nobody that can beat him. Going down 13lbs to 147 would be stupid,since he would be weak,slow,and weight drained. How about Thurman moves up to 154 instead? He looked anorexic at the weigh in against Guerrero.

I think Thurman is fun to watch and conducts himself well in interviews, but I'm still not sold on his hunger/desire to be GREAT. A lot of fighters are hyped up until they hit that big payday and adios after that. Also, his boxing style is too passive at times for him to become GREAT. I see him as a big puncher but we've seen plenty come and go and Thurman hasn't wow'd me yet to see a legendary career in the making... When will we see another fighter fighting for his entire country in each and every fight?

I have the biggest eye for talent and believe me when I say Keith Thurman is the best young boxer in the world today. He is the David Haye of the welterweight division. Injuries stopped Haye toppling Ali as the greatest but nothing can stop Thurman for ruling boxing today. He will rule the welterweight, light middleweight and middleweight divisions. If Golovkin grows a pair then come down to 147 if your man enough to fight one time. Thurman would beat Pacquiao and Mayweather on the same night. Thurman ambush raids would rattle Floyd and not let him settle and outwork him for a close points win. Pacquiao would be a piece of cake for Thurman. To beat a elite southpaw you need a world class right hand and Keith possesses this. Pacquiao wouldnt see the second round. His glass jaw would get shattered.
