Manny simply didn't have the leverage to walk away as he did the 1st time. That's the only thing different than 2009/10.

He was the one that went to Manny at the Bball game. He was the one that went to Manny's hotel room after that game. He made the fight happen. Asked Manny to tell his team to quit lying.
